Kate was a great host. Although we did not meet, she was very responsive if we needed something. Kate's apartment was great. It was quiet, in a good location, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were about 3 blocks from a main subway line and could be anywhere within 15 minutes. We usually got back around 11PM every night and never felt unsafe walking in the neighborhood. When we go back to NYC we will definitely stay at Kate's place again. Great NYC experience!
This space was perfect for us - just the right size and in just the right place - near Central Park, a number of museums, and a subway station and a small bakery on the corner. We loved where we were. We didn't spend much time in the space as we were out and about.
Kate was very welcoming and informative both via e-mail and in person. She referred us to a few restaurants in the area which was most helpful when we arrived. She was also available via phone when we had questions.
The space had the all the things we needed to be there comfortably and to fix meals although we mostly fixed breakfast and used the refrigerator to store food, didn't cook much although we could have.
If we ever return to New York, which we would like to do, we would love to stay there again.
it was a very good communication between Kate and us. So all went truly easy. Apt was as described. in word word beautiful! All was in full function and clean! Also the Apartment is very quiet. Close to MTA 86th and to Fairway also 86th street. many nice Restaurant around.
Kate was fats responding to all questions we had before and during our stay - perfect so 5 Stars + one special Star :-)
This was our first time using Air BnB and our first time to New York, so we were a bit nervouse about the whole process. Kate was responsive to all our questions. When we arrived her place was exactly as listed. The bed was super comfy and we always felt safe and at home there. The walk to the 4-5 and 6 train was short and we walked over to Central Park from her place. We felt we were close to anything we needed. The outside space was great to sit and drink coffee in the morning. Overall a great experience. We will definitely use Air BnB again.
We enjoyed a great stay in NY, Kate's appartment is very well located near Central Park, main Museums, subways, restaurants. The appartment itself is quiet, confortable and cozy. Even though we didn't manage to meet her, Kate has been attentive to our requests.
My experience in Kate´s apartment was great! The pictures published are just how the place looks like. It is is a spacious, cozy and very clean studio. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants to chose from and is just at a 5min walk to the nearest subway station. I really felt home. There was plenty of space for storage, the bathroom was impecable and the bed was super comfortable!
Kate was very nice and very accesible, responding always in a few a minutes. I really recommend staying at her place!
