please NO SHOES on carpets (living room and the whole second floor)! Thank you for your understanding...
During the hot months PLEASE be reasonable with keeping the ac temperature too low (and vice verse). Our guests will be responsible for paying the extra costs in case the electricity bill is too high! Please keep that in mind, we live in Austin! :-)
Petra's place is gorgeous and has everything you would need! Petra was super responsive before and during the trip, and check-in was a breeze! We will definitely stay there again next time we need a place in Austin!

We were in Austin for our daughter's wedding and wanted a place on the north end of town that would be an oasis for us. The place was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Very well equipped and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. It felt very private, yet we were conveniently close to shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The location makes it very convenient to get downtown by several routes. We highly recommend Petra's place for your next stay in Austin. One thing is certain, we will definitely stay here again in the future! Finally, we felt very welcomed by Petra and the communication was excellent!
