Amazing XL 1 Bedroom Apartment in a great location: nestled between USF and Divisadero Street! The apartment is located 3 blocks from Divisadero, 6 blocks from Haight Ashbury and only 1 block away from USF.
The apartment's surrounding area is one of the safest in San Francisco, while being extremely close to an enormous amount of cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques. (NoPa, Alamo Square, Nopalito, Little Star, The Independent, The Parish Trust - are all just 3 to 4 blocks away)
The bus stop on Masonic Ave (2 blocks away) will also take you anywhere you'd like to go to explore the rest of the city.
This apartment has lots of sunlight and an extremely beautiful garden with southern exposure. The wonderful couple that live above the apartment own a landscape architecture firm and have done a tremendous amount of work on the garden.

Please do not smoke inside and please do not be loud outside after 10pm. Other than that there really aren't many more rules. Please treat my apartment as if it were your own and I've been asked from my neighbors for airbnb guests to not use the bbq as it is having issues so please be respectful of that. The wireless password will be communicated upon confirmation of booking.
Jules is attentive--responded promptly to texts and was very helpful. He came over to address a problem with the heater. This is a residential neighborhood but there is a large Lucky's store about 3 blocks away. We cooked every day and the kitchen had most things that one would need available.
Jules is right when he says this place is huge! Having an apartment somewhere like this really made the difference to our week in San Francisco, giving us the chance to have a night in or cook our own meal to eat in the kitchen or garden and still feel like part of the city. It's a little shabby but full of character with its big old fridge and cooker, and extremely comfy - we slept really well. While there are no landmarks on the doorstep it's really centrally placed to visit everywhere, and we had great coffee and pastries at Matching Half around the corner.
Would absolutely recommend this spacious apartment in a great area of the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything I needed for the week long stay, super close to a giant park for running/biking and Jules was super laid back and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

My company used this beautiful apartment for an out of town guest. It was clean and lovely - in a great location. Jules was responsive and helpful. Thank you so much Jules!
Great clean spot with lots of space. Jules was super responsive to anything I needed. The listing is really well equipped so you shouldn't need anything. Great value spot!
This is a very large one bedroom for the neighborhood. Great central location close to bus lines, fantastic restaurants, landmarks, etc. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night and loved that the grocery store is just a few blocks away to grab necessities. The apartment gets great natural light. I was happy to discover a french press waiting for me and enjoyed my morning coffee in the backyard. The apartment was very tidy, however the bedroom and bathroom were in need of a good, deep cleaning. I didn't meet Jules during my stay, but he was very accommodating and friendly.
