The location is extremely quiet despite being in the heart of the city, one minute from the Aare River, on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by greenery.
The apartment has an open living & kitchen area, additional TV room/home office. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (incl. washer and dryer).

The apartment impresses with a vast, open living area with large windows onto the view. The open kitchen is state of the art with Teppanyaki, oven, steamer, professional coffee maker & air fryer.
Next to the kitchen is the main living room - furnished with large palm trees & extremely comfortable large sofas.

TV room / Home Office
Next to the main living room is a second living / TV room/home office, also with large windows & great views.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The bed and bathrooms are separated from the living area and located along a long hallway;

3 Bedrooms:
The apartment has three fully furnished bedrooms;
One master bedroom with a super comfortable 2-meter Tempur bed & a small balcony.
There are two more bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable bed, table & closet.

2 Bathrooms
The apartment has the following:
One full bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet & double sink.
An additional bathroom with a shower, sink as well as a washer & dryer.
And additionally a separate toilet.

No smoking, no pets and no parties allowed.
