House is located in the Berlin district of Mitte in the Köpenick St. 47A, a dream location in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, with shops, restaurants, trendy bars, clubs Insider, trendy brunch cafes and nightlife in the south of the zone. Köpenicker straße is a quiet residential street. In few minutes walking you reach the popular Hackescher Markt, Unter den Linden, Museum Island, Friedrichstrasse and Oranienburgerstrasse with its leisure and shopping opportunities. You live very close to Ostbahnhoff with good connectivity to all in Germany or abroad. Fancy clothes shopping by themselves offer the famous avenue of chestnut trees (commonly known as jokingly "Casting Allee") with its many exclusive designer boutiques. The environment is one of the most vibrant and important in Berlin nightlife.
A few steps away to the next U-Bahn (subway) Heinrich-Heine-Straße (U8) away. With public transport you quickly to some of the main attractions of Berlin such as the TV Tower, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate or from your favorite location such as Alexander Platz.
It has the parking possibilities on the street in front of the door or in the neighborhood. With the open window the street noise can be heard slightly.

Well located apartment, comfortable and ideal for a group of 10-11.
Only 4 bedrooms but convenient for close friends.

Levan's apartment is in a perfect location. Very central - 5 min walk from Tresor nightclub if anyone is interested in clubs. Also very large spacious bedrooms - there was more than enough room for my group of 9 people.
We had slight issue at the end with one of the sets of keys - they were accidently taken home by one of the party - Levan and co were happy for us to post these back - which we did do and they have now been received.
Would recommend this apartment.
Apartement très bien situé. En plein coeur de Berlin et du quartier de Kreuzberg très dynamique pour la vie nocturne: restau, bar et même un des plus gros club de Berlin, le Tresor à 200 m. Parfait également pour les visites avec un loueur de vélo juste en dessous. Bref, top pour les groupes d'amis. Le Wifi fonctionnait bien également et la communication et l'accueil étaient parfaits .
Appartement bien placé, à 10 minutes de east side gallery et de la gare pour l'aéroport, calme et propre. Il est fonctionnel, grandes chambres mais pas de salon et photos un peu trompeuses sur le standing de l'appart...
Signal wifi faible et inconstant.
Apparemment l'appartement est géré par une agence de location bien plus que par Levan.
Dit was onze eerste ervaring met (website hidden) het aanvragen van de reservering kregen we vlot een reactie. Gaf vertrouwen.
Bij aankomst in Berlijn HBh telefonisch contact gehad over definitieve tijd van ontvangst. Bij aankomst stond een vriendelijke dame klaar die ons het appartement toonde en ons informeerde over de verdere gang van zaken.
Het appartement ligt op 400 m van U8 station Heinrich Heine Straße. De straatnummering is verwarrend, loop in oostelijke richting de Köpenicker Straße (website hidden) VattenFall fabriek (waar ook nightclub TRESOR is!!TOP!) zie je het gele huis al opdoemen aan de linker zijde No 47. Levan c.s. hebben meer appartementen in dit gebouw. Mooi ruim appartement, twee badkamers, twee wc's, ruime eetkeuken. Hoog IKEA gehalte qua inrichting, maar praktisch. Schone lakens, dekens over de verschillende banken in het appartement.
Verbeterpunten: vervang de banken met vlekken in de bekleding…Was niet alleen de lakens maar OOK de dekbedden zelf; vlekvrij voelt beter.
Sanitair heeft een update nodig; een van de douchebakken liep slecht door: pootje baden dus.
Appartement ligt aan de rand van Kreuzberg. Met bus 265 in oostelijke richting ben je daar in twee - drie haltes. Vergeet niet het Spree zwembad te bezoeken met stadsstrand ((website hidden)), Ook met bus 265 binnen tien minuten te bereiken, stap uit vlak na de Obenschleuse.
Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgte zur gewünschten Uhrzeit. Die Wohnung selbst hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und war im Grunde wie in der Beschreibung. Was allerdings in der Beschreibung nur kurz erwähnt wird, ist der Garten. Dieser ist über eine Außentreppe direkt erreichbar, allerdings nicht der Rede wert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Wohnküche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Betten in den teilweise sehr großen Schlafzimmern sind ohne Beanstandung. Wir haben gut und ruhig geschlafen.
