Thank you for your honest feedback and sorry to hear you have not had the experience you where expecting.
Unfortunately as you well mentioned one of our 2 bed apartments was hijacked during the dates of your stay by an other AIRBNB GUEST who has disregarded the house rules and has used the property for a party of which has left us with extensive damage. Airbnb are on the case and the guest who has caused this inconvenience has been now banned from the airbnb community and other legal prosecutions are following too.
I am so sorry this has been of such a disturbance to you and we work very hard and depend on airbnb to stream their guests before we are able to accept their booking.
As mentioned upon your booking acceptance all properties we own are operated on a self check out / in and we will not be present at the property ,We have taken note of all your feedback and will update the locks image on the check in sheet we send out but in principle all key locks operate on the same operation of aligning 4 digits which I am sure you where able to work out despite the different brand of a key box - we changed the key boxes only recently as the previous locks where getting jammed and causing an inconvenience to the guests upon self check in.

The contracted housekeeping have been informed too about the hand soap which has not been re filled and and again I apologise on their behalf as these are one of the times that are on their check list of which it seems they have missed.

I do sincerely hope you would re consider and re try us again when visiting London as we would like to offer you a reduction on your next booking if you choose to book again with us.

Thank you for your comments although it is not a favourable one.
I am sorry to learn about your experience and since your stay we have looked into our housekeeping contract with the company Viva Services we where using and have chosen to move on and find a better company that can assure the standards we like to offer to our guests (* as you can see in the feedback from other guests the majority if not all have positive experience with us )
We now enjoy the good service from a new housekeeping company and we are already enjoying again the good feedback as we are used to having.
We hope we can host you again to make up for your experience and please contact me directly in order to enable me to offer you a healthy reduction hoping your next comments for your stay will be of a great improvement

P.S - the locks have now been replaced and entering the property is no longer an issue so no Knack is required :P
