Welcome to the most unique, cozy, intimate, quiet, inviting apartment in San Francisco. Nestled in the famous Haight Ashbury district just blocks from Golden Gate Park, your new temporary home away from home is not only surrounded by natural outdoor beauty (as viewed through the many windows which allow plenty of natural, indirect sunlight), it is equally beautiful on the inside. The home is a 1900s Victorian and the neighboring apartments are filled with inviting, trustworthy, quiet, and friendly neighbors.
This studio apartment has a loft bed, which therefore nets the floor space closer to that of a one-bedroom apartment. Equipped with a full bathroom and kitchen and a perfect little office nook, you just might find yourself staying in more often than you had planned.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. San Francisco is one of the World's greatest cities...add to the experience by staying in this incredible one-of-a-kind accomodation.
Oh, and please note: the loft bed is a queen so the bed comfortably fits 2 people. I also have a futon plus its bedding for an additional person. I think the space is comfortable for 2-3 people. If you elect for 4 people you'll have to bring bedding for the extra person, or have them share the futon (but it's a twin size so it's tight). I discourage more than 3 due to noise and mess. Please note there is an additional charge for a 4th person of $15/night and you must run it by me first. Thank you!
Please treat my home like you would want someone to treat yours. I have a few of my personal belongings around but tucked away, so please respect the space and my things and don't go through them. Other than that make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! If you choose to stay, I'll be emailing you a list of things to help make your stay more comfortable.
What a unique place!! Alexa's appartment is exactly as advertised and as shown in the photos. I would say it has the aura of a nice student flat (which I liked a lot), but without the wild parties (I had the quietest nights I've ever had in SF). The proximity to Golden Gate park means you can go for beautiful jetlagged morning runs. Rest assured that at 5 am there will be plenty others running with you! If you like the Haight, this is a great choice.
We had a great stay at Alexa's place. Check in was simple and the place is just as advertised. The kitchen is a good size and the shower is really nice. Our favourite thing about the apartment however is how close it is to the golden gate park. We went for a run most days!
Our stay was great and in the perfect part of the city! Thank you again, Alexa, for letting us stay here!
The place was delightful and super close to the Golden Gate park (we ran 10km each morning) and very close to a delicious vegan restaurant (Herbivore) that we ate at every day. The place had everything we needed, was clean and everything worked. Would recommend it for a couple that likes intimate spaces and an instant feeling of being at home.
I loved staying in this cute and sweet apartment. The location was very convenient near the park, good for going on a morning run. Great crash pad for a trip to SF.
Totally awesome apartment! Spotlessly clean, in a location that made walking anywhere around San Francisco a breeze, good communication from Alexa, would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere with a good-feel vibe and their own space to chill. Thanks!
I absolutely adore this little apartment! For a small space, it's laid out really efficiently (+ it's adorable!). It's in an excellent location and walkable to everything I want to do (obviously in the Haight & Golden Gate Park---but also not a bad walk to the Mission or SOMA).
Alexa leaves very clear instructions & is available via text very promptly.
The bed is elevated & accessible only by a ladder/stair hybrid. I wouldn't recommend the bed situation to elderly people or those with vertigo or other balance/climbing issues---but for me as a single business traveler, it was no problem at all!
I really enjoyed my stay here & will try to reserve it again next time I'm in SF.

My name is Alexa and I moved to San Francisco in March to pursue studies at an Advertising Portfolio School. I am 33 years old, and have spent the last decade as a massage therapist and pole fitness instructor. My boyfriend and his son live back in my hometown of Salt Lake City, so I am back and forth between two homes all the time. I love to perform, I enjoy close bonds with good friends, and I absolutely love trying new restaurants and exploring all types of music and performance arts. I hope you enjoy your visit to San Francisco! Hit me up for any questions you might have!
