We were traveling as a family of 7 including grandparents and had both apartments. The apartment is perfectly located, 3 Minutes from the metro station, 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor and in the hard of one of the best tapas streets mentioned in every travel guide book. The service was friendly as Pablo send one of his staff members. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean - even the coffee from the former guest was still in the coffee machine.
Nevertheless we would recommend the place for people who love to be in the center and are not afraid of noisy nights.
Great location, very close to all the places a tourist may want to visit. The place was as shown in the pictures and Pablo was readily available to answer our requests. The bedrooms were quiet even though the place is located in the middle of the one of the most popular streets for dining. The only negative is that the double bed had no mattress, just the box spring. We solved the problem by moving the smaller mattress from the second bedroom and by the other person sleeping in the couch.
