Why stay in a hotel when you can experience the city from a New Yorker's perspective? This beautiful, luxury apartment is just steps from bustling Bedford Avenue, the L and the JMZ subway lines. This gem has everything you need for your chic sojourn in NYC. Jetting up to Midtown (MoMA, Rockefeller Center, Madison Ave shopping) or Downtown to the Lower East Side (Schiller's, NewMuseum, SoHo) couldn't be any easier. Choosing to stay local might be the best part of your trip: Excellent restaurants like Peter Luger (steakhouse), Grand Ferry (tavern fare), PT (Italian), and Rosarito Fish Shack are a mere stone's throw. Hit Maison Premiere for delicious oysters, the Knitting Factory and Glasslands for live music, and enjoy a nightcap at Hotel Delmano.
Hope to hear from you soon!!

A great spot to come back as soon as possible!
It was our first Airbnb experience and the only regret we have is that we didn't stay longer. Michael was absolutely easy to communicate with and more than helpful. The apartment is lovely and spotlessly clean and the views are stunning. A minor issue with the water in the shower was solved in no time. On checkout Michael made it possible to leave our luggage until late afternoon. We also enjoyed the neighbourhood with its restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. We definitely recommend Michael as a host and his apartment as a perfect place to be.
We were made to feel very welcome - Michael met us as we arrived, assisted us with our baggage and showed us over the apartment. He asked us to contact him if there were any difficulties during our two week stay. There were several minor issues that we communicated about and these were promptly sorted out. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood. The apartment is located midway between two subway stations - we used both , depending on the route we wished to take. Thank you Michael and Ali for having us at your place.
I was very apprehensive about the air bnb concept but was convinced by my son to try it, and all I can say is I am so glad I got over my fears! Michael, our host, was waiting at the door when we arrived and had everything in order. The place was beautiful CLEAN and comfortable. The location was just perfect! Can't wait to go back!
Michael was a great host. He was very accommodating and easy to contact. My boyfriend and I loved the South Williamsburg neighborhood. Michael's apartment was walking distance to two train stops. It's close to great restaurants, shopping, and coffee. From the living room there is a clear view of the Williamsburg Bridge and the Manhattan skyline. The apartment is very bright, airy, and comfy. It was a wonderful place to call home during our stay in New York.
Michael was s really great host and made us feel very welcome. He gave us all the information we needed, both about the apartment and the surroundings. The neigbourhood is great with interesting restaurants and good cafes and shops. The apartment is really great, with all the amenities you need and a lot of that "little extra" and last but not least - the views are spectacular. If you want to do some more sightseeing, besides that ont from the sofa, it's easy to take the subway to Manhattan. And if you decide to take a yellow cab back to the apartment you have a chance to feel like a real New Yorker as it is easy to give the driver ( who is lost as soon as he leaves Manhattan) directions. First right after the bridge, then right, right and right again and you are home. An extra bonus was that ot was easy to find parking around the apartment. for our rented car. The whole experience was amazing and we will defenetly try to return to Michael and his apartment .
Michael's place was great, the views are amazing and you really feel like you're in NYC. The apartment itself is really lovely too. Everything is high quality and the whole space is very light. Great spot in Williamsburg, although the 15 min walk from the metro down to the water was harsh in the winter! Worth it though! We would definitely stay here again.

About the Host, Michael
We're a Brooklyn-based couple (writer and engineer) who love to travel, and we also summer on Cape Cod. We purchased our condo two years ago, and we're constantly floored by the amazing neighborhood we live in. There's so much going on—new restaurants, shops, and bars are arriving nearly every day. We hope that you'll love NYC, and all it has to offer, as much as we do—and we want to do everything possible to make sure your stay is great!
