This beautiful home built in 1820 is perfect for a Retreat. Minutes from Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, Damariscotta, New Harbor, South Bristol, Round Pond & a short walk to the local swimming hole. The Bristol Diner is located just across the street, with fresh donuts, breakfast & lunch. Fishing, kayaking & boating is available just across the street. The house is nestled near a river with flowers and foliage all around. 15 minute drive to Damariscotta shops, restaurants, oyster bars & galleries.

Travel back in time in this sprawling, authentic 1820 Colonial home with many of the original touches, along with modern conveniences. Clean and well kept and close to wonderful dining, swimming and kayaking. And Barbara is a very responsive host.
