Melissa's place is so comfortable, clean, and in an amazing location. This is the place you want to stay if you are visiting Atlanta.
Great attention to detail, and Melissa was very responsive.
Bed was super comfortable, and the whole place was impeccably clean.
Cabbage town is just an awesome place to visit with many authentic restaurant bar spots just a few steps away.
Classic old building with every modern convenience and adorable front porch when your in the mood to watch the world go by.
Great location and super responsive host! Very cute place!
This is a great little apartment-- convenient to downtown, clean, nice appliances, thoughtful touches from the host and fun neighborhood. Definitely a great place all around!
I booked this space for my boss. It was conveniently located in a neighborhood nearby where we work, and it was very nicely renovated in many ways with one pretty substantial exception. The shower is not made for normal sized adult humans. Other than that, he enjoyed his stay there, and Melisa was a clear and easy communicator.
After a bit of a snafu of frozen pipes rendering the apartment unavailable during the -10 degree weather of early January, Melissa was able to put us up in another property for one night giving us time to make arrangements for other accommodations. She also assisted in this as well. She was readily available for questions and assistance, and both her and her husband were very accommodating.
We were able to spend the end of our stay in the property which was very cute in an adorable neighborhood just outside of Atlanta (about a $10 cab ride to downtown). As in the other reviews, the shower was tiny but workable. I would stay here again with out a doubt.
Im writing this based on what my wife told me since she and a friend stayed in Melissa's apartment to attend a baby shower in the neighborhood. Both said the apartment was very cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for their needs. A very small shower in the bathroom was the only very minor negative. Melissa responded to my inquire almost immediately and the rest of the reservation and check in process was just as fast and easy. We are familiar with the area, its a wonderful and interesting neighborhood with great restaurants. The apartment is within easy walking to many restaurants, shops and Marta. Next time we want to stay in Cabbagetown or anywhere in the center of Atlanta, Melissa's apartment will be our 1st choice.
We were passing through Atlanta and needed a room. Melissa replied very quickly and the place was ready when we arrived. Checkin and check out was simple. The place was clean and well furnished. Only complaint was that the shower was very shallow and short even though it was newly built/renovated. All in all the place comfy and in a cool neighborhood.
Nice location, easy to get to from airport. Comfortable bed, clean and well supplied. Enjoyed our stay.
We loved this apartment and Melissa was great! We had to change our plans a bit, then we arrived later than planned due to travel delays, and Melissa was very accommodating and very quick to respond whenever I needed to contact her. The apartment was really cute, as was the street it was on. We stayed there for one night while my husband had an event at Georgia Tech. The apartment was comfortable (especially the bed!), and there was a cafe right across the street that had good breakfast. There were some bars on the street too, but we didn't get a chance to check them out. We were there on a weeknight, and the street was VERY quiet, so we slept very well! We definitely plan to stay here again in the future if/when we are in Atlanta again!
