With 3 king suites, a custom bunk room, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, arcades, shuffleboard, this retreat is crafted for families and friends seeking comfort, connection, and resort-style amenities in complete privacy. This newly built, professionally designed home offers resort-level amenities rarely found in private rentals near Lake Michigan.

Large windows fill the open living room with natural light, while the fireplace and cozy seating areas create the perfect setting for slow mornings or family evenings. The chef’s kitchen offers quartz counters, high-end appliances, a wine fridge, a large island, and a fully stocked coffee bar.

By booking this property you hereby agree to the house rules:
• No parties or events
• Maximum 12 guests total (including infants). Exceeding limit = cancellation without refund.
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (security deposit will be forfeited)
• Quiet hours 9pm–8am (local township ordinance)
• All outdoor socializing must move indoors by 9pm
• No music outdoors (township requirement)
• Guests are expected to be respectful of the residential neighbors. Any noise complaints made by neighbors or any report of parties being thrown at the house will result in reimbursement for damages, additional cleaning fees and immediate eviction without a refund.
• Exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices are active for safety and compliance
• Signed rental agreement + matching ID required within 24 hours of booking
• $500 security hold placed prior to arrival
• Tampering with cameras or sensors results in immediate cancellation. Guest acknowledges security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing driveway are on and recording outside only audio/video when motion detected, cease when motion ends.
• Check in after 4:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM ($50 per hour past check out time)
• Pool is only for the occupants of this home. If your group is renting multiple homes in the area, it is not allowed to all gather on this home premises.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the heated pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, game room, gazebo, fire pit, yard, and parking area. A keyless entry code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

Other things to note
Additional information:
- Swimming pool will be open from May through end of September, weather depending.
- Wood for fire-pit not provided. Guest can purchase bundles at nearby stores
- Indoor gas fireplace available October- April
- Streaming TV channels on smart TVs require guest account to view.

Optional add-ons are available after booking, including winery tours, custom picnics, firewood bundles, and more. All payments are handled securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
