Perfect for outdoors-lovers, work trips and UT football!

Keypad access allows entry anytime after check-in time. Entry requires 2 small steps into a single story house.

Located in South Knoxville next to Baker Creek Preserve and Baker Creek Bottoms. Access point for Urban Wilderness Mountain Bike Loop and more than 50 miles of mountain bike trails.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

This freshly renovated bungalow is stylish and spacious. It features a full kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks to keep you going throughout the day. All three bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms include a shower and tub as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Relax in the cozy living room with TV, games and WiFi. The grill and fire pit offer the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset after a day mountain biking, hiking or just enjoying Knoxville.

You will have access to the entire bungalow with private entrance. The gravel driveway offers ample parking with additional parking in the lot across the street.

Located in the heart of South Knoxville, you can access the Urban Wilderness trails across the street or enjoy the excellent dining, shopping and events in downtown Knoxville only 3 miles away.

For mountain bikers here to enjoy the superb downhill trails and pump tracks at Baker Creek Preserve, use the bike shed to safely store your bikes overnight. We provide bike tools, a pump, spare tubes and patch kits to make sure nothing gets in your way of a great bike session.

We ask that guests are at least 25 years or older to book.

- Don't steal stuff, don't break stuff. Please treat our home with respect.

- Be respectful of our property and others in the neighborhood

- CHECK IN is at 3:00PM
- CHECK OUT is at 10:00AM
- QUIET HOURS are 11:00PM - 7:00AM

- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, quilts and extra blankets

- We provide at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.

- We provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent to start your stay. For longer stays you may need to buy more.
