I'm flexible with check-in and check-out but prefer the typical times 2 pm/11am.
Lock doors, close windows, turn off lights, air conditioning to conserve energy when you leave the house.
Quiet time outdoors is 10 pm unless you invite all the neighbors over for tequila shots too!
Boy, have we got a vacation for you. Don't feel bad about pressing snooze in the Westworld bedroom.
The location was prime! Location is one thing alluding is when choosing an Airbnb in a new city and this wS stellar! Angel was great and her clean home had a ton of character and walkable to amazing places like Bouldin Creek cafe and South Lamar Crossfit. Slept like s baby in the WestWorld room and lived all of it. Dinosaurs rule!
Angel had great communication before the weekend to let me know all of the details on parking, access, etc. When we arrived, the house was perfect! We had everything we needed to have a great weekend in Austin. Thank you Angel for making our stay in Austin a great experience.
We had a great time at the Atomic Ranch! The house was super cute, with a really nice outdoor area. It was very clean and well-appointed. We were in Austin for Psych Fest, and the house was a quick drive away. It seemed a quick drive from everything. Getting in and out of the house was a very easy process. Angel allowed us a late checkout, which was helpful. Overall great experience.
Everything was just as described and Angel was super easy to work with. She always responded quickly to any messages and the house was immaculate. The only downsides were that the house is on a busy street and the house is hard to find at night.
Angel's house was delightful, a nicely renovated 60's house that accommodated our party of 6 well. It was perfectly clean, and in a great location- walking distance to AGBG if you need a beer/pizza. Angel was a great hostess, who took initiative and emailed me all the necessary info before our stay. All enjoyed our night at the house.
The home was just as presented online. The location was perfect for us and the parking was definitely a plus!
Angel was available and communicative throughout the duration of our (3 day) stay.

About the Host, Angel
I love sharing my home with friends and strangers alike. I've lived in Austin for 13 years and am happy to point you to spots off the beaten path (Cathedral of Junk) to the sparkling jewels in the middle of the city (Barton Springs). I'm a User-Experience Designer for a Clean Tech/Energy Management start-up. I love the challenge and rewards of conserving in all aspects of life. I enjoy bike riding, brewing and drinking craft beer, gardening, petting my chickens, sewing and DIY projects, seeing live music, traveling, and eating great food. I've only been to 13 countries and 25 states. I most recently spent a few months in Hawaii living off grid on a living farm that is doing reforestation on the Big Island.
