I'm flexible with check-in and check-out but prefer the typical times 2 pm/11am.
Lock doors, close windows, turn off lights, air conditioning to conserve energy when you leave the house.
Quiet time outdoors is 10 pm unless you invite all the neighbors over for tequila shots too!
Boy, have we got a vacation for you. Don't feel bad about pressing snooze in the Westworld bedroom.
Great place and walking distance to good restaurants and South Congress. We buoyed staying here.
This little house is in a great spot, close to all the local culture Austin has to offer. Angel was very flexible and easy to work with, although I never met her. The house and its contents are a bit worn, funky and retro, but not always functional. The biggest hiccup was the AC which wasn’t working properly. In Texas in July. But overall, my family and I had a nice time there. A nice touch was having a receiver and speakers to plug my iPad in to. The gas stove was nice. The Wifi is quick.
Had a great stay. Location is convenient and provides quick access to this magnificent city. The mid-century vibe of the house was fun and comfortable.
Great location and well kept property. Easy access to a lot of sites and popular places in Austin. Would definitely recommend to others!
Angel's Atomic Ranch home is a quaint, quirky and fun place to stay. Although it was only me, there was plenty of room for several more people and would be a great place to stay for SXSW with friends. The queen sized bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, as was the futon in the living room (perfect for watching the big screen TV, which is set up for Netflix and also has a good list of cable channels.) The only downside is that the house is right on Oltorf, which can be busy and a little difficult to get out of the driveway but it's really not a big deal. I recommend Angel's place if you're looking to be close to the action on South Congress and South Lamar and it's just a few minute drive to downtown.
Great place! Location was perfect for getting to all of Austin's happening spots. Super cozy. Angel was incredibly accessible. Would recommend to others.
Angel was an excellent host! Great communication, great house, great part of town. We were in town for work and it was the perfect place to relax between shifts. Everything was clean and cozy! Definitely recommend staying here.

About the Host, Angel
I love sharing my home with friends and strangers alike. I've lived in Austin for 13 years and am happy to point you to spots off the beaten path (Cathedral of Junk) to the sparkling jewels in the middle of the city (Barton Springs). I'm a User-Experience Designer for a Clean Tech/Energy Management start-up. I love the challenge and rewards of conserving in all aspects of life. I enjoy bike riding, brewing and drinking craft beer, gardening, petting my chickens, sewing and DIY projects, seeing live music, traveling, and eating great food. I've only been to 13 countries and 25 states. I most recently spent a few months in Hawaii living off grid on a living farm that is doing reforestation on the Big Island.
