I'm flexible with check-in and check-out but prefer the typical times 2 pm/11am.
Lock doors, close windows, turn off lights, air conditioning to conserve energy when you leave the house.
Quiet time outdoors is 10 pm unless you invite all the neighbors over for tequila shots too!
It was so much fun to stay in the Atomic Ranch. There were so many fun and practical details.
Angela was very responsive and easy to work with.
This was my first airbnb experience and definitely not my last. Angel was an excellent host. She made it so easy to check-in and out and went the extra mile by providing information about the area. The house is exactly how it is pictured. Very clean and up to date. I would definitely stay there again.
Angel was a great host and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.
The host and listing were great! Such a cute house. Just a quick cab ride from downtown and the famous 6th street bars.
Walking distance to other bars and restaurants.
She was very accomodating and sweet with any request or question we had.
Angel was extremely helpful with the AirBnb. I actually had a chance to chat with her and she's an awesome individual. She gave me the best suggestion for breakfast in a great part of town. Overall, it was a great stay.
It was great! The house is so cute and a perfect reflection of the Congress/1st experience. Angel responded very quickly at all times. Location is great as well! We would highly recommend the Atomic Ranch.

I love sharing my home with friends and strangers alike. I've lived in Austin for 13 years and am happy to point you to spots off the beaten path (Cathedral of Junk) to the sparkling jewels in the middle of the city (Barton Springs). I'm a User-Experience Designer for a Clean Tech/Energy Management start-up. I love the challenge and rewards of conserving in all aspects of life. I enjoy bike riding, brewing and drinking craft beer, gardening, petting my chickens, sewing and DIY projects, seeing live music, traveling, and eating great food. I've only been to 13 countries and 25 states. I most recently spent a few months in Hawaii living off grid on a living farm that is doing reforestation on the Big Island.
