I'm flexible with check-in and check-out but prefer the typical times 2 pm/11am.
Lock doors, close windows, turn off lights, air conditioning to conserve energy when you leave the house.
Quiet time outdoors is 10 pm unless you invite all the neighbors over for tequila shots too!
It's really a wonderful experience to stay here! Comfortable and easy to get to downtown!
Angel was awesome! Her house was super fun and fit all four of us comfortably. She was extremely accommodating of our last minute requests!
Angel was great and very welcoming. She had helpful information and suggestions for the area. The living room space is beautiful and has the character depicted in the pictures. You are about a ten minute drive from everything, which is great, and there are plenty of tasty eats within a mile radius of where the house is as well. My only critique is that a lot of the beds were not comfortable- two out of the three of us had trouble sleeping because of the beds (hence the three star rating, otherwise this would be a 4 or 5). This place is good for an active group that plans on exploring a lot in Austin for a short trip.
Great place that is not too far from the main strips of Austin (South Congress and 6th street). The place slept 6 comfortably.
Angel was a great host and the Atomic Ranch was an ideal place to chill during our weekend trip to Austin. Very convenient location and close to a bunch of fun restaurants, bars and shops. Angel does a great job of making the place feel like home (and provided a great set of recommendations) with all the fixins. Very clean and quiet.

I love sharing my home with friends and strangers alike. I've lived in Austin for 13 years and am happy to point you to spots off the beaten path (Cathedral of Junk) to the sparkling jewels in the middle of the city (Barton Springs). I'm a User-Experience Designer for a Clean Tech/Energy Management start-up. I love the challenge and rewards of conserving in all aspects of life. I enjoy bike riding, brewing and drinking craft beer, gardening, petting my chickens, sewing and DIY projects, seeing live music, traveling, and eating great food. I've only been to 13 countries and 25 states. I most recently spent a few months in Hawaii living off grid on a living farm that is doing reforestation on the Big Island.
