Walk to all of the great restaurants, parks and nightlife Wicker Park has to offer. Easy walk to public transportation- Damen blue line, 56 MIlwaukee and 72 North are all just a few blocks away. Steps away from the iconic Wicker Park, come and experience what the best neighborhood in Chicago has to offer!

This condo has recently undergone a complete gut rehab and has been rebuilt from the inside. I spent a lot of time designing and building this place, there's a lot of heart in it. The condo features eco-friendly bamboo floors, energy saving windows, stainless steel energy star certified appliances, granite countertops, deluxe shower unit and custom paint job. I've spent a lot of time traveling and the place is decorated with a global smattering of things from all over the world. There is also a common roofdeck and common Washer and Dryer (FREE laundry!). Garden units don't get better than this.

The unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom, stocked with plenty of towels and blankets for your comfort. One bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and the other has a full size bed. There is also a large sofa, office desk and full kitchen utensils (i.e. pots, pans, crockery). The place is furnished, so all you really need to bring is yourself and some positive energy. I have quiet and mellow neighbors, this is a very chill spot to spend your time.

  • Muffadal's apartment was in a great location and was quite large. It was also really quiet. My one complaint would be that it was pretty dusty. However, it was a great deal for the location!

  • Great apartment in Bucktown. The host was very flexible and I had no concerns or issues with the rental. You can't beat the location for this price point.

    Thanks!

  • Nice little spot but the pictures certainly made the place look bigger than it is. Ceilings in parts and in the bedrooms were almost nearly six feet, but it's perfect for a crash spot in the city. I stayed here with some friends and there was plenty of space and pillows and blankets provided to make the place comfortable. If you're looking to stay in the place for longer than waking up and going to sleep I wouldn't recommend it but otherwise it's a great little spot and Muffadal couldn't have been a nicer guy!

About
I am a social entrepreneur passionate about making the world a better place. I love to travel, explore and discover new experiences. I have lived, worked, studied and backpacked through more than 40 countries around the planet, but I still think Chicago is the greatest place on earth. I was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and love this city and everything it has to offer. I really enjoy enabling others to have amazing experiences and I know a thing or two about where to go in Chicago. My favorite quote that I live my life by is "Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do." (Steve Jobs). I'd love to serve as your host and help show you a little piece of Chicago.
