Welcome to The Doll House, a playful Palm Springs retreat designed for stylish desert escapes, sunny pool days, and unforgettable photo moments. With bold pink-and-gold interiors, mountain views, a private pool, and thoughtfully stocked amenities, this two-bedroom home is ideal for family trips, birthdays, girls’ weekends, and relaxed celebrations in one of Palm Springs’ most iconic settings.
The space
The living room is light, open, and designed for relaxing together. Enjoy the custom modular Mario Bellini-style sofa, accent seating, a 55” Smart TV, and statement pink-and-gold decor that gives the home its signature look.
The dining area features a marble table with seating for four, plus two additional counter seats at the kitchen island. It’s perfect for coffee in the morning, casual meals, birthday brunches, or wine and takeout after a day by the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, waffle maker, coffee maker & a Keurig, Brita filtered water pitcher, cooking essentials, serving dishes, and dining ware for up to six guests. There is an ice maker machine and additional ice trays are provided.
Sleeping Arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king Casper foam mattress, soft bedding, closet space with hangers, and a 55” Smart TV.
The second bedroom includes custom adult bunk beds with twin XL mattresses. This room is especially fun for kids, teens, or friends & adults. Please note: the bunk beds are best suited for guests up to approximately 5’10”. There is also a closet with hangers & a desk with a chair.
A queen-size air mattress is also available to be used in the living room for up to two additional guests.
The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, dual sinks, and two light-up vanity mirrors with multiple lighting modes. Plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer are provided. The tub is great for families with kids or for guests who prefer a relaxing soak 🛁
Outdoor Space
The private yard is one of the highlights of the home, with beautiful mountain views, a pool, sun loungers, floaties, and an outdoor bistro table with two chairs.
Please note: the pool is not heated and does not have a heater. It naturally warms during the summer months, but will be cold during winter. The pool is approximately 4 feet deep.
Guest Comforts
You’ll also have high-speed WiFi, central HVAC, two Smart TVs with streaming apps, fresh coffee with creamer and sugar, an in-unit washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, steamer, extra linens, pillows, blankets, paper products, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies.
Good to Know
This is a peaceful residential setting, and we ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors. Per city ordinance, outdoor music is not permitted at any time, and indoor music must not be heard beyond the property line. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and outdoor amenities may not be used in a way that creates noise during those hours.
The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval. Please make sure to check with the host prior to booking if this is necessary for your stay.
