The space
Our newly renovated loft is located in the heart of downtown Fairfield! It's exquisitely decorated and spacious with more than 1,500 square feet of tall ceilings, exposed brick and lots of windows bringing in natural light. It can easily accommodate up to 5 people.
The home is furnished with one king-size memory foam bed and blackout curtains in the main bedroom, and one queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There is an oversized Restoration Hardware Chesterfield leather sofa that is very comfortable for one person to sleep on - I think you could be 7' tall and still fit fine : )
Our kitchen is a chefs dream! Quartz countertops, gas range, dishwasher and new stainless steel appliances. You'll have all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch in style. Did somebody say coffee? We have a Nespresso machine, milk frother, french press and hot water boiler - take your pick.
The living room has a huge projector screen TV so you can Netflix and chill with friends.
Heated marble floors encompass the entire bathroom which has a walk in shower, clawfoot tub and makeup vanity - you may never want to leave.
In terms of amenities, we've go you covered too! You'll have access to small but important things like: Your own private washer & dryer, an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins and more. Ask if you need a crib or anything for your baby.
It's worth mentioning that everything here is eco-friendly! This means we used non-toxic paints and finishes to protect our indoor air quality, and our rugs are 100% Wool. The original 1930's windows and maple hardwood floors have been professionally restored.
We are 100% Solar Powered! Head to the roof to see beautiful sunsets over our solar array while relaxing from the solar powered hot tub!

Enter with our keyless entry smartlock and you will have full access to the loft including kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
Access to entrance is up a flight of stairs - there is no elevator access.
Roof access is down the hall and up a steep flight of stairs.

Guest under 18 years old must be supervised and are not allowed to leave the roof deck.
Please stay on the artificial grass and do not walk on the roof membrane.
