Come stay and refresh your soul in our peaceful studio apartment or GO and have fun! Convenient to breweries, wineries, C&O Canal for biking or hiking, and antique shopping at the popular Lucketts Store. 11 miles south to historic downtown Leesburg, Virginia or 15 miles north to historic Frederick, Maryland.**

Open space concept with slate and wood floors. Bedroom has it's own dresser, lamps, closet and spare pillows. Ambiance is shown through unique colors and decorations in each room. Smart TV in the living room.

The parking lot is a shared space with tenants living next door. There is a dog park adjacent to the building and a pond directly in front facing the patio.
Other things to note
The building is also home to tenants who you may see in passing while in the parking area. The tenants have a separate unit with their own entrance.
