Nestled on the serene shores of Bacnotan, La Union, this modern villa offers:

The space
Enjoy a private and unique beachfront escape with breathtaking ocean views from the villa. Made for families and friends, this home is ideal for entertaining with an outdoor bar and grill, jacuzzi, and patio, perfect for sunset cocktails.

Our private villa is designed to comfortably sleep 10 guests (up to 15 with an additional fee):
1. Master’s Bedroom: 1 King Bed + 1 Day Bed (En-suite bathroom)
2. Pink Bedroom: 1 Double Bed + 1 Twin Bed (En-suite bathroom)
3. Green Bedroom: 2 Double Beds (Shared bathroom across the room)

All our air-conditioned guest bedrooms are fitted with premium Emma Sleep mattresses and 800-thread-count, hotel-quality linens.

Enjoy a full kitchen complete with Nespresso coffee machine, La Germania electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, two-door refrigerator, and basic cookware and dinnerware.

We also provide karaoke, easy-connect speakers (Samsung Soundbar, SONOS), bedroom slippers, fresh towels, eco-friendly dental kits, MALIN+GOETZ shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, hair dryers, hot water showers, and bidets. Look no further—everything you need is here. Just come and enjoy!

PETS
While we are not a fully pet-friendly villa, we can allow pets for a fee of Php 12,000, subject to terms and conditions. Please note that this fee does not cover any damages caused by pets, and additional charges may apply.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa comfortably sleeps 10, however, we can set up floor mattresses and our sectional sofa to accommodate up to 15 pax at an additional P2,800/head/night fee for the 11th guest onward.

STAFF QUARTERS
Need space for your staff? Book our extra AC bunk room (₱880/head/night, up to 3 pax). Simply request through chat so we can send you an Airbnb payment request.
Note: Room is within the property but is more modest in design and not of the same standard as our main guest bedrooms.

INTIMATE EVENTS
We’d love to help you celebrate life’s special moments. If your event involves set-up, external suppliers, or additional day guests, an event fee (starting at P10,000) applies to cover ingress/egress and use of shared spaces. Standard check-in is at 3 PM. If you need time for set-up, we can allow access at 1PM earliest for suppliers only. If more time is needed, please book the night before your event.

CLEANING
Housekeeping for bed refresh and trash disposal can be provided upon request. Kindly let us know your preferred time, and our team will be happy to assist.

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Guests are responsible for any damage/breakages during their stay. Please inform us immediately should anything happen. All costs will be charged through Airbnb.

LIGHTS & APPLIANCES
Help us conserve energy by switching off lights, fans, air conditioning units, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.

NOISE & PARTIES
The property has a noise curfew between 10:00pm and 6:00am. Excessive noise is prohibited as the villa is situated in a residential area.

PARKING
We have allocated outdoor driveway parking for up to 7 cars.

VALUABLES & SECURITY
For your peace of mind, please lock all windows and doors when leaving the unit and keep your valuables secured. We will not be held liable for any lost or missing items. Note: security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas.
