Enjoy your stay, tell your friends, give us nice comments, and come back if you enjoy it!
Roberta is a wonderful host, she pays attention to all the little details. The apartment is really spacious and extremely clean. For us it was a perfect location, calm and rural but a perfect connection to go to Bologna Fair and airport. I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outside space. Thank you very much.
All I can say is WOW! Georgio and Roberta are amazing hosts.
We came to Modena to learn about balsamic vinegars, and decided to stay at this B&B because they made their own balsamic vinegar. The day we were to arrive, we were lost and Roberta met us at a gas station, mind you it was late at night. When we arrived we didn't know what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised to be in such a beautiful B&B. You can tell Roberta has put in a lot of her time into making this a special place for people to stay. Everything was super clean, meticulous, and the attention to detail was over the top. I would love to tell you everything, but it would spoil the experience for the next guest.
Georgio took his time to teach us all about his balsamic vinegar and allowed us to taste his 1982 balsamic vinegar. It was amazing!!!
We were able to sample Roberta's liquors too. We are looking forward to sharing these liquors with our friends in the US.
I would definitely stay at this villa again. I wouldn't even bother searching for another place to stay.
Fantastic! The apartment was amazing, the pool was wonderful, everything was spotlessly clean and Roberta was lovely - she couldn't do enough for us and we will definitely be going back. Thank you
We were greeted on arrival by Roberta and her husband Georgio. Roberta spent time showing us around the apartment and all the excellent amenities it had to offer. The villa is situated in a beautiful country area but only 15 minutes drive to the city of Modena
Wow! We stayed in 5 different places as we travelled through Italy and this was the best by far. Roberta has made this detached villa into a perfect home away from home. It is CLEAN, bright, airy, and lovely. The setting is beautiful, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to Modena and the surrounding towns. Georgio showed us his balsamic making set up and we sampled his fantastic vinegar. Roberta stocked the refrigerator and cabinet with great breakfast fixings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.
We were extremely lucky to stay with Roberta and Giorgio. They had just completed a complete renovation of the guest villa, and we were the first to stay in what was essentially a brand new house. Not only was it new and spotlessly clean, but Roberta has thought about every amenity from linens to toiletries to kitchen appliances. From the wine waiting on the table, to the food and fruit awaiting us (a homemade tart), to brand new house slippers, we wanted for nothing.
Fifteen minutes outside of the Modena city center, we stayed for eight days to fully explore Emilia-Romagna. It was always sheer pleasure to return every night, and some days we were so comfortable, we never left. And, being Emilia-Romagna, there are fantastic restaurants all over the immediate neighborhood.
While reading the description, I was a bit skeptical that it could be as good as advertised. It is not hyperbole and more than delivered everything promised.
Finally, the most important thing to note is that Roberta and Giorgio are the nicest, most gracious people (not just hosts) ever. They went out of their way to ensure that our vacation was not just fantastic, but one of the best travel experiences I've ever had.
Our family enjoyed the stay, Roberta was very welcoming, apartment was clean. Of course, end of November is not the best time to visit Modena, should have come`d few months earlier:) But that`s not Robertas fault!
I am a friendly and helpful, but also shy and gentle. I decided to start this business because I like to meet new people and have from them is also a "cultural exchange", as well as ensure a comfortable stay.
I give a lot of importance, when I travel, courtesy of the structure that hosts me and I try to do the same in hosting people in our home.
I'm very close to this "home" result of much work, that my husband and I have renovated over the past twenty years, adding something a little at a time making it a little corner of paradise.
We look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful farmhouse and exchange small talk with you, making you feel part of a place as beautiful as it is unique.
