Roy is a very nice and friendly host. The RedBrick's location is excellent, well connected to the city, feels like home with necessary things. Highly recommend this.
Absolutely stunning apartment in a central Kolkata, even better than the pictures. A wonderful, easy and unforgettable stay. Amrit is the perfect host. We can't wait to return!
You get to experience sleeping in an British colonial home. The space is huge. Amrit is so kind and gave us advice on what to see with our limited time. This place really made our stay in Kolkata once in a lifetime and memorable. Would stay here again!
The place was quite nice and easy enough to find with all the useful commodities you could want. Amritendu was very helpful and friendly. A nice retreat from the craziness of Kolkota.
Gracious host, classic building. We have stayed there three times, what does that say
A really great place to stay in Kolkata, sizable and right in the heart of the city. Amrit was also great, very understanding in a moment of confusion and eager to answer any and all questions about his city.
My host Amrit didn't do a great job describing the place because it was SO much cooler and more interesting than he lets on! I LOVED staying here and will keep going back whenever in Kolkata, which I hope is soon because I loved it too. He lives steps away from a higher-end shopping area and getting to central points in the city is quick and easy. He arranged for me to have a car/driver for about $30USD for the whole day (12 hrs). He was most welcoming and, if you're nice enough, he may let you see the rest of the glorious mansion this room is in. You'd be nutso crazy not to stay here. Already missing it.
