Double room in a two bedroom 1900's traditional Belfast terrace house - In good order with lots of nice original features including open fire. In East Belfast ( Ravenhill Road area ), nice quiet street, but only 20min walk to city center, 10min walk to central train station, right near shops, right beside Ormeau Park, great shopping for food and locally made gifts at St. Georges Market opposite the central train station. 10 min taxi from city airport - only £6 or £7.
I am out a lot at gigs, theater and the pub, and work in the arts in Belfast, so will be able to point you in the right direction of Belfast's good nightlife and things that might not appear in the guide books.
There is free hi-speed wi-fi, washing machine, hair dryer, gas fired central heating and open log fire. Fresh towels etc provided, free to use the kitchen to cook, help your self to breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, fruit, juice etc.
Staying with Stuart was a highlight of my trip! Stuart is such an accommodating, kind host who makes you feel right at home. He was incredibly communicative leading up to my time in Belfast and walked myself and a friend through a map of the city and his best recommendations upon our arrival. The entire place is comfortable and clean, and Stuart is a delight to hang out with. The location is perfect- 10, 15 minute walk to everything in the city, but a nice quiet neighborhood for sleeping. So appreciated the coffee, tea and cereal Stuart makes available as well. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend the room!
Nice stay, thanks again!
Simply believe all the positive feedback you read about Stuart. His apartment is great, and so is he. A wonderful first airbnb-experience for me. I would stay again, if i have the chance.
Stuart is absolutely lovely as is his house.
He was easy to talk to, interesting and after a long day at Giant's Causeway I came home quite tired. I was going to order food in for a relaxing evening and Stuart invited me to join him for dinner. So lovely and appreciated.
Great location to walk to everything.
I would stay again.
Stuart was a great host, very friendly, helpful and informative. The location is as described being about a 20 min walk to the centre of town. The room was sufficient in size and the bed was comfy. If in Belfast again I would certainly consider staying here again.
Stuart is a great host, very generous with his time and his knowledge of the area. His home is in a quiet section of east Belfast, about a 10 minute walk from the city center.
No pude llegar por que perdimos el vuelo, pero siempre estubo pendiente de nosotros, es buen anfitrión lo recomiendo.
Staying at Stuart's was super nice, he is very cool and welcoming. We arrived late so he came to pick us up (and showed us a few things to do on the map), the house is warm, has everything that you need and is not even far from the center (max 20mns walking). I would recommend it!
Not only is Stuart a cool guy, his place is great. I had everything I needed from hot tea to greet me, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower. Stuart went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and to ensure I had a great experience in Belfast. His place is in a convenient/ quiet location which is walkable or an inexpensive taxi ride away from city center. Well working wifi, clean linens, and most importantly Stuart himself. I highly recommend staying at his place to explore (website hidden) to get to his place from the airport is a bit far but there is a convenient bus for only 7.50 that goes right to city center.
Stuart's house located in center was so cozy and comfortable. Though city bus of Belfast was really uncomfortable - it wasn't (website hidden)d at all - , I could just walk around city center from his house.
He introduced me a lot of galleries, and I could spend the best time in Belfast. Thank you Stuart.
