Interaction with Guests
I'm usually in and out but I have made some cool connections with many of my guests. It just depends on my schedule.
It's the perfect location to go see and do, but it is also off the beaten path and somewhat quiet.
Yes like 40 yds from the house!
Just be respectful of my shit :) No ridiculously hard drugs
The reservation was canceled 7 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Tyler was very flexible and accomodating. His space was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to downtown, south congress street and Zilker park.
Tyler is a very nice guy.
There is a bus stop nearby, and the bus takes you downtown very quickly for sxsw. There is also an amazing diner with vegan and gluten free food nearby, Kerbey's.
Just came back from a great time in Austin, staying at Tylers place. Tyler is a good guy and very helpfull fixing a few things, that wasn't quite in place when i arrived. And he's an oracle when it comes to the local music scene, with lot's of great stories, a cool dude to hang out with.
Tyler was a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our stay at Austin. The place was clean, and well kept. It is also at a great location - walking distance to some of the best shops and restaurants the city has to offer.
Tyler went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He volunteered to be our personal chaperone for a day, took us to the city's best look out spot on a mountain, and then drove us to some of the city's most famous bars and shows.
I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a good time in Austin to stay at Tyler's house.
Tyler was a great host. We were out and about mostly, at a football game and music festival, but Tyler kept in touch via text to make sure we had everything we needed. His place is pretty conveniently located and a very short bus ride to the best parts of Austin. When I come back to Austin (hopefully soon) I'll definitely try to stay with him again.
I have been living in Austin for about 3 years now. I grew up out in west Texas. My band Union Specific makes regular appearances here in Austin. If you are interested in attending a show, I would be more than happy to get you on the guest list. I have enjoyed meeting all my guests. We always seem to have great conversations. If you stay at the apartment, you can expect things to be clean, as well as a hot breakfast cooked by yours truly! Hope to see you soon.
