Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Airport 20 minutes by car. Public transportation a few minutes walking distance.
Easy access to bus/tram as well as trains to visit towns further away like Monaco, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Villefranche sur Mer etc..
