Soho - Please close the front door behind you securely ensuring the door shuts and locks. Leave apartment keys inside the letter box with corresponding apartment number located outside your property.
Lost / Not returned Keys are charged at £50 per set.
Servicing of your apartment:
Your accommodation will be cleaned once a week and this includes provision of fresh linen and towels, toiletries and cleaning products (not replenished during your stay).
Complimentary WiFi is provided in all apartments. Located on the TV stand you will find the router with access codes printed on the back. If you are having trouble please contact us.
We endeavour to remedy problems as soon as possible however, we cannot accept responsibility for continuous service.
Access to your property:
On occasions it is necessary for us to conduct inspections or visits within your property. If this is required, you will not be required to give access and we will provide 24 hours’ notice.
Good location near to the Kings Cross station. The place is clean and big!
We did not see or hear from the host . We went and collected the keys and got a taxi to the flat. On opening the door I noticed the poor condition. Dirty marks on the walls , bits on the bedroom carpet ( hadn't been vacuumed in a while ) hair in the shower . If we hadn't paid I may have left . My husband tried to point out the positives, roomy, nice view and a bed as we were exhausted having traveled from Australia .
The blind in the bedroom was broken as was the garbage in the bathroom . There was no tea towel in sight . I called the reception and they said they would get someone from maintenenance to come but they did not provide tea towels !!! No mattress protector on bed !!! nothing in 5 days ... Very disappointing .
Great city, modern and new, is was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Location is good, well contacted with buses and tube, near local shops and food place.
The keys need to be collected from an office near Euston station, which is fine if you're arriving by train.
The property is near Kings Cross station and underground which is the only station just about all the lines go through so is well connected, and has a bus stop right outside with frequent services to the West End and Islington.
You can walk to the Brunswick Centre in about 15 minutes which has a Waitrose and restaurant options, and another 15 minutes walk through leafy back streets would take you to Oxford a Street, Soho.
Nearer to the flat is a decent sized Tesco. Restaurant options immediately adjacent are limited but Islington is a 5 minute bus ride away and the buses are very frequent where there is a vast array of choice.
Pentonville Road is one of the main ring roads round central London so can be busy, however we weren't troubled unduly by noise even with the windows open.
The flat is compact but modern, clean and bright. It's on the 13th floor and has floor to ceiling windows so won't suit folks who suffer vertigo!
Has wifi and a tv. There is also a washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, proper cooker and microwave, as well as a fridge. Limited crockery and utensils so perhaps not ideal for cooking in. However if you're on vacation in London eating out is all part of the fun.
Nice to be able to come home and relax and not be stuck in a tiny bedroom which believe me for the price of this apartment you would be in a tiny room. I had stayed at the Travelodge Kings Cross a few weeks before and that was £168 a night for a small basic room, no fridge or airncon.
If you walk up to the end of Calshot street you come to the Regents a Canal which you can walk along to Camden and even to Regents Park. Much nicer than walking along the streets or taking the underground. There is a Boris Bike stand outside for the adventurous.
There was an issue with the lighting, or lack of, which maintenance attempted to address. This was only really an 'issue" in the hall where there was no working light. However it should now have been addressed.
Overall an excellent value apartment in a good location with good service from the agent. Recommended.
