I had a fantastic time at Skyler's place. He was extremely welcoming (as was his cat, Snow Monster) accommodating. The apartment was as described, cold for my thin Arizona blood but perfectly suitable. Skyler had two space heaters that helped considerably. There was some noise because of the train just outside but I was prepared with some earplugs and having the train so close by was really convenient. The whole experience was great and I'd go back in a heartbeat.
I had great stay with Skyler. He's a really friendly guy and has warm and cuddly cat. His place is in a great location and makes things so easy!
I wouldn't hesitate to stay with Skyler again. Thanks man!
Right next to the subway. Great place to stay, I was there one night because a gas leak at my place.
Had a great stay here lots to see and do easy to get around on the train ! Thanks for having us good luck Sky
was amazing stay! very close to the station. you can get to Manhattan within 20 minutes from apt. you can get a lot of useful info from the host, Sky who is very friendly. there is a pretty and friendly white cat. would def stay here again.
We stayed with Sky for a couple of days during Christmas time. He was helpful and respectful.
Although the real master of the house is his cat, Snow Monster :)
The best part of his apartment is that it's very close to the metro station so it was easy to get around.
Great room in a convenient location on the same block as the JMZ subway stop. Sky was a wonderful host, great communication and super nice guy. His cat Snowmonster is AWESOME. Great value. Recommended.

I am an Actor living and working in NYC. I am into Punk Rock and Skateboarding.
I like to utilize the city for it's free amenities and am willing to show guests how to do the same. For example: if you have ice skates, you can skate Byrant park for FREE!, most museums have free days, Central Park has trails to explore. Flushing meadows is an adventure. 8mile walk, or 20min bus ride. the city has tons of skate parks and spots. super cheap boat tours and $13 all you can drink brunch not too far away.
I also enjoy cooking and regularly invite guests to dinner. or if you would rather do your own thing, that's fine also. I don't enter your space unless there is an invitation or an emergency, like its raining and the window is open.
