The Space

This modern one-bedroom condo is located in the heart of it all in downtown SF. Located on a second floor of 3-story twelve-unit building overlooking Clementina Street, our unit is comfortable for two with a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and full bathroom with shower/tub. Also at your disposal is an In-unit laundry with washer and drier, wifi/widescreen tv/dvd.

A huge rooftop deck has panoramic views with two large seating areas, a picnic table and umbrella, and a large commerical-grade grill. If you ever wanted a rooftop BBQ overlooking downtown San Francisco, this is your place.

  • I had a wonderful stay at Adam and Eva's condo. It is easily close enough to walk to the Moscone Center, where I attended a conference, and is not too far from the BART station, either. The condo is clean and bright, and very comfortable. Adam was very accommodating and nice - I would love to get to spend more time with them, as they have a very interesting book collection! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  • Adams place was amazing! There is not one negative thing I can say about this condo. Adam was vary helpful from the start, from his detailed website including: instructions to the condo, functionality of appliances, to the tour of the condo and rooftop terrence ( which has great views ) me and my girlfriend needed a place close to union square without the ridiculous prices of SF hotels.. The location of the condo was conveniently close to union square which was important since she was running the nike woman's marathon. If u are desiring the feel of being a SF local and want to experience what the city has to offer I HIGHLY recommend this condo.

  • We had a really great stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our 14 day stay, including detergents etc. The furnishings are stylish and the bed is good quality and very comfortable! We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Adam welcomed us with a bottle of fizz and fresh flowers as we were getting married in the coming days and it was a lovely touch, much appreciated.

The street itself was fairly quiet in terms of people and cars. There was noise from the nearby construction site but it didnt bother us much as we were out and about alot. I would agree to avoid 6th Street after its dark, due to the amount of people hanging about. We used 5th Street during the day and had no problems. It is downtown so you have to accept the rough with the smooth - i.e. the homeless population, but the problem extends all over the city and is terribly sad.

All in all we had a fantastic time in San Francisco and the apartment was the icing on the cake. Many thanks Adam and Eva!

  • Staying in Adam & Eva's apartment was great. Everything was clean and tidy. My fiancé, our little dog and I were there for almost three weeks and I may admit that it was a really pleasant stay. We loved San Francisco, maybe there is too many homeless people but that is a different story. It is a safe neighborhood. 20 days there and I wish we could be longer... I'm sure we will come back to this apartment if we come back to San Francisco in the future.

  • Seva and Adam were very helpfull. The condo was very clean and in a central location (very useful for public transportation too). As it is located downtown there are a lot of homeless persons especially after dark. Also, it is next to two buildings under constuction so you must be a bit tolerant regarding the constant noise and keep the windows closed.

  • I didn't get a chance to meet Adam but I met his very nice partner. The condo is a calm beautiful oasis in the middle of urban chaos. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortably appointed. It feels like a spa. It was less than a block from the conference I was attending and thus very convenient for me. Adam provided lots of useful information and was very accessible and accommodating. It is right in the heart of things so you are surrounded by real urban life. The area is in the process of new construction. All in all, a beautiful place and a nice host.
