Eva was super nice to welcome us to their place. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved how close it was to the Moscone Center, very short walk. She made us aware that 6th street was not the best way to walk, 5th was much better to walk on. . There was construction noise across the street but looks like it'll be done shortly. I would stay here again.
Fantastic experience - excellent apartment, great location, friendly and accessible hosts. Would stay here again!
I've just returned to Ireland having stayed a week at Adam and Eva's apartment. I would have no hesitation in staying here again - the apt is very well kitted out, the bed is really comfortable and the wifi is terrific (important as I was there for work). The apartment is in a secure and quiet building just off fifth street - less than a 5 minute walk to the huge shopping mall and the hubbub of Market St and all that has to offer. Adam was really helpful in the run up to the trip with emails exchanged re key handover and flight arrivals etc -Eva met me at the apartment when I arrived and was really friendly and helpful with information on the property and how stuff worked and information on the local area too.
The transaction from beginning to end was smooth, professional with that human touch, and the place exceeded my expectations. The communication was efficient and pleasant. The location is reminiscent of New York City circa 1990s when life was a bit more fun and relaxed. A gem. I typically avoid experiencing the same thing twice but, Adam and Eva's place is atypical in a very good way. I would definitely come back and simply based on how the place is well kept, I would welcome Adam and Eva to my home. On a final note, there was a 6 pack of Californian Lager left for us in the fridge when we arrived. Attention to detail.
I had a wonderful stay at Adam and Eva's condo. It is easily close enough to walk to the Moscone Center, where I attended a conference, and is not too far from the BART station, either. The condo is clean and bright, and very comfortable. Adam was very accommodating and nice - I would love to get to spend more time with them, as they have a very interesting book collection! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The condo was awesome, Perfectly described. I didn't meet Adam, but his friend took care of everything. Would love to stay again :)
Lovely and clean, very well-kept apartment. Adam and Eva were friendly and v accommodating of my ever-changing schedule.
Hello fellow AirBnB-er,
Adam is an elementary school teacher who hails from Minnesota. He's been in the SF Bay Area for two decades. Eva was born and raised in Salta, Argentina, and is currently a full-time student. We've lived together here in SF for eight years. Together we love yoga, short runs along the Embarcadero, and veggie burritos.
We are both hosts and guests on AirBnB. We enjoy traveling during the summer and when possible smaller trips through-out the year. If you stay at our place, we will do everything in our power to make your trip to San Francisco a memorable one.
