ABOUT THE CONDO:
1,630 sq.ft, fully furnished, open kitchen, dining and living area with 16' of French doors opening to the beachfront balcony.

The Master suite has 2 air conditioners (never have to use them!!) a king size 4-poster bed, a walk in closet leading to the sea view bathroom, another built in wardrobe, a private balcony and a built in Study area facing the sea, with hi-speed internet.

The 2nd BR has a queen sized bed, an attached bathroom, built in wardrobe, A/c and a small work space.

Details on Furnishings:-

LIVING room: Split A/c, 3 seater + 2x1 seater; coffee and 2 end tables; Swing (Oonjal), LCD TV and Home theatre DVD/music system. Bar cabinet with all glassware minus the drinks!

KITCHEN: Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking range w Oven and grill, 5 gas burners, toaster, electric rice and pressure cooker, cutlery for 6, tupperware, pots and pans etc. etc.

DINING room: Table + 6 chairs

MASTER Bedroom: King 4 poster bed + Sheets, 2 night stands, Office space with desk+chair+Bookcase, cupboards, dresser, walk-in closet + Wardrobe, 2 Air conditioners and Hi speed cable internet with Wireless modem

SECOND BedRoom: Queen bed + Sheets, 2 night stands, small study desk+Chair, Wardrobe, 1 Air conditioner.

LAUNDRY: Haier front loading washer + hoisted clothesline on the secondary, sea facing balcony.

This is one of the quieter street you can find in Chennai, since there is no reason for traffic to flow thru' here. The condo itself is the escape from all the noise, traffic, chaos and excitement of the city.
Everything is available within walking distance- groceries, food, restaurants, take away/delivery, coffee bars, beach, salon/spa etc.
