Get to know the climate of Nowa Huta, constructed as a “socialist city”. Find a lodging in a block of flats from 1960. The atmosphere of your room will introduce you to living in what was developed as a workers’ city.
But also Krakow Old Town will be within easy reach. You can quickly get to the centre of Krakow (15 minutes) and Kazimierz (20 minutes) by tram. Tram service operates also at night. If you like walking, you can reach the centre of Nowa Huta on foot in 10 minutes. You can park your car at the block of flats free of charge.
The room is relatively small. It’s furnished in a simple, but comfortable way. The convertible sofa is 120 cm broad, so extra charge for another person is small. The walls are decorated with photographs of the construction of Nowa Huta and subsequent historical changes. There are also some mementoes from the old days.
You’ll have access to the kitchen-dining room and the kitchen facilities. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
