About this listing
Wonderful and funny little castle for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, big terrace, garage for two cars. 2 km. far from city center. Close to Jerez (20 km.) Our favourite beach in Costa Ballena is only 12 km. far. And people is the best
Near Coto de Doñana, in the province of Cadiz (Andalucía, Spain), is Sanlucar de Barrameda. Historical town. 70.000 inhabitants. 100 km. far from Sevilla. 20 km. far from Jerez. 2.500 meters far from the historical center of Sanlucar de Barrameda. The house was built in 2003. Wonderful place to be in order to know this beautiful province of Cadiz. The house has 4 bedrooms (6 single beds and one double bed) for 8 people, 2 bathrooms, living room, big garage, solarium at the tower in the top of the house and 200 m2 of terrace at the ground floor. !And one young lemon tree, orange tree and coconut! Our kitchen has no dishwasher. You will not use the kitchen when you taste the VERY CHEAP AND WONDERFUL TAPAS IN SANLUCAR. Sheets and towels are available. The neighbourhood is very popular. Not touristic at all. Normal people from Sanlucar! No swimming pool. The best restaurant in Cadiz is near: Casa Bigote. Supermarket 600 meters far. The closest bar, 200 meters far. !And the best Paddle Club in town is 800 meters far from my LITTLE CASTLE: Sanlucar Padel Club!
Our house is not a luxury one. Everything is for you. Bikes, but no car. It's our second house.
Interaction with Guests
I live in Vitoria... Almost 1000 km far from Sanlucar, in the north of Spain.
Our friends near our house are a lovely couple... Always available to help foreigners... Andalucia is kind... People always smiling to offer the best...
I do recommend using private car.... But there is bus stop near the house. You can park your car inside the house. To arrive from Jerez (20 km) or Sevilla airport (100 km) you need bus, train, taxi...

About the Host, José Manuel
I am journalist. You can hear or see me in TVE (Spanish Public Television) talking from Vitoria-Gasteiz, the capital city of Basque Country. I was born in Madrid in 1961 and I live in Vitoria since 1985. I have worked 13 years in RNE (Spanish Public Radio) also in Vitoria. I am married and I've got 2 children: 17 the daughter and 14 the son. I like running, writing tales, taking photos, listening music and talking with my friends. My favourite trip has no programme, no timing, no appointments... I love wondering around the historical center of village taking photos, talking with unknown people imagining the past and the future of places where I am... My favourite sentence is "STOP: LIVE SLOWLY".
