Do you like sun, sea, art and fun? If the answer is ‘yes’ Nice is the place for you.
Located in the heart of the old town, in the same street of the famous Palais Lascaris, a great palace in baroque style now museum, a very lovely studio, 20 square meters, 3rd floor (no elevator) with a wonderful view on the roofs and bell towers. Living room with American kitchen, a comfortable sofa (double bed) and bathroom with shower. Bright and clean is the perfect place for couples or movida’s lovers. All shops and supermarkets are just around the corner and beaches are only 5 minutes by walk. Public transport are very near, 10 min by tram to central station. Some of most interesting place are very near the house like Place Garibaldi, the Port, the Museum of Modern Art or the National Theater. Be careful! To come here (in summer) you have to be nighthawks, there are a lot of pubs and restaurants where you can enjoy live music, eat some typical french food and drink a glass of wine looking the sunset.

You have long and sunny beaches with caffés; a splendid promenade where you can enjoy a good walk in the summer evening but also run, bicycling or having a sightseeing tour on the little train.
Through the windows you can see Place Rossetti where you can taste a good ice-cream or a glass of wine, in the evening this place is full of life, restaurants, live music and pubs.
Then you have Cours Saleya, the market, where you can find everything like flowers, typical food, fresh fruits but also splendid antiquities (Monday) and after a long day enjoy fresh seafood in one of restaurants with dehors.

  • Lucrezia and Nino are very kind, nice people and their studio is adorable with a great location on one of the most picturesque streets in the old section of Nice. I really enjoyed my stay - thank you!

  • Perfect location, close to the beach. Nice apparment, clean, comfortable, modern, and a free wok out going up the four stairs. In the middle of a vibrant city center an still pretty quiet, just close the windows. Nice host in Nice and breakfast was included! We recomend it!

  • We had a fantastic stay in Nice, the apartment was right in the centre of old Nice, with a great view of the waterfall and you could see the Cathedral from the apartment! Everything we needed was close to hand. The flat was very clean, all essentials were provided for us. Lucrezia was there to meet us when we arrived, and was very friendly and helpful. Can't stress enough how wonderfully located this apartment is. You can hear the hustle and bustle of the street below, however you have the convenience of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. If this concerns you, the flat is double glazed which blocks out the majority of the noise anyway. Amazing value for money. Thank you for a brilliant holiday!

  • Lucrezia and Nino gave us a hearty welcome in their small, nicely kept appartment. The location is excellent - right in the middle of the tourist buzz of the Old Town. The place is clean, and everything is perfectly in order: a bathroom with a very pleasant shower, a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed, and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment provided. All in all, we were very pleased to spend 10 days here!

The drawbacks, if you could call them that, are relatively minor. The (public) internet connection really doesn't work too well, so don't expect to use it a lot. Sometimes, there was a bit of noise: the walls are thin (I've heard the infamous guitar player tune up as early as 8 in the morning!). As it is situated in the old center of town, the location itself is also little tumultuous at night, but the noise level was never a serious problem.

All in all, we had a really great time, and we'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who's staying in Nice!

  • We had a wonderful week in nice and enjoyed the location in the middle of the old town of nice. Nino and Lucrezia were very friendly and eager to help.
The apartment was clean and cosy if you are fine with approximately 14 square metres!
Four stars because I had problems using the Internet and the flat was due to its location very loud also in the middle of the night.

  • The flat is small, but lovely: well equipped, a brand new bath room, a washing machine... Nino gave us a warm welcome and let us in a bit earlier so we could already leave our bags behind. Another plus is the location: in the middle of town, near lots of places to eat and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Although the location is brilliant for exploring the city, at night it's less appealing: it was very hot during our stay, so we had to keep the windows open, but that means a lot of noise from outside: first the people in the bars and restaurants till late at night, and then when you finally fall asleep, they start cleaning the city and you have to noise of the garbage men etc.

But all in all, I would definitely recommend this flat for a stay in Nice!
