My neighborhood is enriched with culture and history. Located in lower manhattan most neighborhoods are accessible by foot. Many small unique stores and restaurants.
The M15 select service bus will take you north via 1st avenue is 1 block away. The F at east broadway is 2 blocks away, and the 4,5,6 at city hall/brooklyn bridge is 5 blocks away.
Feel free to give Baxter, our french bulldog, a treat and he will love you forever.

A good affordable option when you just need a place to sleep. Sasha was great and very accommodating.
Stayed here for 3 nights and barely ran into Sasha, and when I did she was always helpful in answering my apartment hunting questions.
The environment is like you are crashing at a friend's home. The room is comfortable and clean. I recommend this place to all, except perhaps those who are used to fine hotels and expect their standards.
Sasha's place was great! We loved the location - there were so many little chinese restaurants and the station for the F line wasn't a far walk at all. Sasha was very friendly and hospitable. She was quick to reply to all our inquiries prior to our stay and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Despite the crazy flight of stairs, I'd definitely stay here again. :)
The host made me feel very welcome and also suggested a few places to go!
Sasha is a great host. She was very flexible and willing to help. The location is perfect and just as described and Baxter the dog made us feel right at home! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment is right by the train so I would just give that warning to light sleepers and those sensitive to noise.
It was nice staying here, the price is good balance. Convenient to go out, we could walk to a subway station around 10min and take a bus in front of the place. We had 2 girls, I think it was enough space for us to stay. Sasha is friendly, kind and flexible. Thanks :)
Sasha was a fantastic host. We talked for a little while after she got back from work and played with her french bulldog Baxter. Baxter was great during my stay, he cuddled with me when I got back and loved to play for hours.
I enjoyed staying in chinatown too! Her neighborhood was authentic chinese with a rich history. I've been to New York several times but I had never got a chance to see that neighborhood.
The Location was good, a little noisy with the trains. The room was clean but the bathroom was dirty. The apartment smelled like dope the whole time. This was my first AirBnB stay and was not impressed. luckily all I needed was a place to sleep this sufficed for that.

I am born and raised in NYC and love my city. I go out often and I enjoy showing people a part of the city they wouldn't normally find. I love music, going to festivals/concerts, and exploring areas of my city I have never even been too. I try to live life enjoying each day as if it may be my last. I always remind myself that as bad as something may seem, things could always be worse. (words to live by) Oh and I strongly believe in Karma. I live with my french bulldog baxter.
