Super zentrale Gegend.
Great place! We really enjoyed it. We were able to meet Sasha and talk for a bit, and she was super sweet. This is a perfect place to crash after a long day in the city. Would recommend.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying in this place. We didn't see Sasha much, but she was very communicative and helpful. Her place was cozy, pretty clean, and close to the subway. We enjoyed the suggestions she gave for things to do in the area. I would recommend anyone to stay here!
Sasha was a very nice host, her place was clean and welcoming. She was very helpful and we live her recommendations for things to do around the area. The room is on the fourth/ fifth floor but its not that bad a climb and the french bulldog Baxter really made it a five star experience. If you're looking for a good place to stay and don't want blow all your cash on a hotel or something, Sashas is a nice choice.
We had a nice stay at Sashas place. Room catches the sun very nicely and there is a lot to discover around Chinatown and LES.
The host seemed very nice and laid back. We didn't interact much because I wasn't there much. The place wasn't as clean as expected but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. The location was close to all the places we wanted to see. I would recommend this place if you're not looking for too much privacy or won't be in the apartment much.
A good affordable option when you just need a place to sleep. Sasha was great and very accommodating.
Stayed here for 3 nights and barely ran into Sasha, and when I did she was always helpful in answering my apartment hunting questions.
The environment is like you are crashing at a friend's home. The room is comfortable and clean. I recommend this place to all, except perhaps those who are used to fine hotels and expect their standards.

I am born and raised in NYC and love my city. I go out often and I enjoy showing people a part of the city they wouldn't normally find. I love music, going to festivals/concerts, and exploring areas of my city I have never even been too. I try to live life enjoying each day as if it may be my last. I always remind myself that as bad as something may seem, things could always be worse. (words to live by) Oh and I strongly believe in Karma. I live with my french bulldog baxter.
