Check In
  • Although I did not meet Cynthia until few days into my stay, checkin was well organized and I had no trouble settling-in using small guidebook provided by the host. Location is ideal for walking to heart of Coconut grove and the waterfront. Cynthia was gracious enough to provide me with a bike so that I can ride to the Key Biscayne. Last night she took me (email hidden) to watch a Miami Heat game with some friends. I would/will stay there again. Thanks Cynthia!!

  • Cynthia was very prompt with a last minute request, and was very helpful as I was negotiating through the website. The house was exactly as advertised, easy to find, and easy to access. I would definitely recommend Cynthia to anyone wanting to experience Coconut Grove and have access to a great part of Miami.

  • I had great stay with Cynthia at Casa Mangoes! I was in town for a wedding, and I had missed the deadline on the recommended wedding hotel. But it was way more fun to stay at Casa Mangoes. Cynthia is extremely nice and helpful and accomodating. My disorganized friend who was the best man at the wedding decided that he would also like to stay at CM, and Cynthia was happy to accomodate (website hidden) is also in a good location near a lot of nice bars are restaurants.

  • Location was perfect. Experience was genuine and the host was gracious and "quick to reply" to all communications: text or email. I was in the area on business and this listing was ideal for me. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants, the "hub" of coconut grove, and the waterfront. I would/will stay there again. Thanks Cynthia!!

  • Cynthia's house is a lovely cottage within walking distance of everything there is to do in Coconut Grove. We live in town, but wanted to (email hidden) fest without worrying about parking and driving. This was a great place to getaway for the weekend, with a wonderful hostess.

  • Cynthia is a nice and perfect host, very accomodate, always trying to help.
Her house is located in an historic landmark, Coconut Grove typical house.
The house is perfectely well-located: right around the corner of Main Highway, restaurants, Coco Walk, Coco Walk Mall, not too far from the Marina and overall the house is well-maintained.

  • Casa Mangos was lovely. You have your own private area that's cordoned off from the rest of the house. Very easy to find and close to the airport, and the surrounding area is nice and vibrant with some good restaurants within a 1 minute walk. We wanted to stay somewhere that was vibrant but more easygoing than South Beach, and this area was perfect. Free parking is a plus.

Cynthia was very helpful. She emailed to check in with us often and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here!

  • Cynthia is an incredibly accommodating and hospitable host. Leading up to our reservation she was always super responsive and pro-active in confirming and providing for our stay. My husband and I had to cancel our trip literally the same day as our check-in date when he contracted chicken pox, and she was extremely understanding. We are immensely regretful that we could not meet Cynthia and stay at Casa Mango, but are looking forward to our next trip to Miami when we will finally meet this wonderful woman and stay at her tropical home in the heart of Coconut Grove!

    Response from Cynthia:

Sadly, Lisa and her husband did not make it to Casa Mangos due to an illness in the family. However, Lisa was very easy to work with and I look forward to hosting her in the future. I would recommend her to any host.
