Completely private, lower level of main house. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pet friendly. Cable TV in all rooms, wifi, washer/dryer. Enclosed and gated mahogany covered dry deck with outdoor living/dining furniture, gas grill, outdoor shower and ping pong table. Overhead lighting, perfect for relaxing nights outside.
In deck spa/hot tub. Opens April 1st.
Pool opens May 19th.
Pavilion with gas fire pit open year round.
White robes provided during your stay, can be purchased at $79 each.
This is potentially a shared property at pool areas if cottage is rented.
Please note these prices are OFF SEASON only till May 1st 2017, not available July and August.

Interaction with guests
Your space is completely private but here to help or answer any questions most times of the day, limited after 9PM.
Happy to offer advise on local sights, restaurants, outdoor activities, yoga studios, etc.
Please note, my preferred method of communication is by cell phone. Yes! Actually talking! Especially in emergency cases or in regards to plumbing or electrical issues.

Springs Hamlet in East Hampton is a haven for artists and down to earth locals, lots of natural beauty and light. Beautiful bays, harbors and ocean beaches!
Springs General Store, Ashwaugh Hall Art Gallery, Jackson Pollack Museum, Maidstone Park beach, Quail Hill Farm
Hampton Jitney and Long Island Rail Road will get you here from NYC.
No local public transportation, taxi's are plentiful, but as in the city, pricey.
A car is recommended.
Bikes and helmets available on site for the more fit.

Keep all windows and doors closed when heat/ac is on.
Cover spa/hot tub when not in use.
Turn off all outdoor lights at house and pool during the day.
Do not cook food or "smores" over gas firepit in pavilion. (wood firepit available for that)
No loud noise or music after 10 PM, in a residential neighborhood.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund plus service fees back.
