The space
This serene two-story designer home is constructed of teak, hardwoods and natural elements and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with frequent wildlife sightings.
With a total of 5 rooms, 4 rooms in the main house for 6-8 people and a private suite (we call it the Jungle Suite) with private bathroom and terrace ideal for 2-3 people,. The Jungle Suite is located adjacent to the pool , just a few meters from the main house but enough to be a private or romantic retreat.
The first thing that catches your eye when entering the house are the majestic views of the sea, the garden with an infinity pool, and the beautiful terrace that embraces the entire house, connecting all the areas and inviting to access the social area and kitchen.
The open concept kitchen at the heart of this cozy home is well equipped and features art and craft pieces that will delight your senses as you cook with the most amazing views. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. It has a large and comfortable table for 10 people, numerous comfortable terraces, a reading and yoga area, and private places to relax around all in the ground level.
On the ground floor there are also 3 large bedrooms: The Sirena, The Vanity and the Groovy Room and you will find the master bedroom on the upper level.
Each room has its own character and comfort, closets, seating areas and full bathrooms with good water pressure and temperature, ideal as a body tonic after a hot tropical and adventurous day. All rooms have fans.
The masterpiece of this home is the art carved into the latticework of the wooden windows that spans the entire house, it calls for cool cross ventilation from the ocean and a romantic glow in the air. Carefully selected pieces of art and furniture, lamps and fabrics, Loma Sibo has to be experienced with all senses.

About the rooms: On the ground level The Sirena Room, features a double bed, a private and confortable washbasin and a wide shower. It has a closet and storage space. By the side of this room and shared with the kitchen and social area you will find a private toilette.
The Vanity and Groovy Room is perfect for families. The Vanity room has two individual beds connected by a complete bathroom with 2 showers with the Groovy room. This room accommodates 2 people in a confortable king size bed, it also has a small desk for work or vanity use, spacious terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy a private morning coffee or reading a book overlooking the impressive ocean.
The stairs by the side of the kitchen will lead you to the excepcional master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 washbasins, bathtub and shower. A spacious wardrobe and accent furniture and chairs complete this room. You can watch the whales playing during the whale season and dream under the full moon or the welcoming sunrise, the master bedroom's private balcony with day bed and furniture is a viewpoint to the jungle and ocean and can hardly be better.
If you take a short private path around the pool, you will arrive to the Jungla Suite. This suite can be rented with the main house and can accommodate up to 3 people. Ideal for visits, small family who joins the larger group or a couple this room has a queen and a single bed, a private bathroom with a beautiful outdoor shower overlooking the ocean, coffee maker and small fridge, outdoor furniture and eating area in the ocean view terrace with a day bed. This is the perfect gateway from your gateway.
Other things to note
The property has a private entrance with a gate that it shares with a house that is located in another area of the same property, not visible from Loma Sibo. It is reached by a road in good condition just 500 meters from the main road, known as Calle Canopy, which connects Montezuma with the town of Delicias.
Once inside the property and down a private road just a few meters away, you find the garage area that has enough parking space for 2 large cars under cover and many other secure parking spaces.
Álvaro, who lives next door to the property in his own casita, looks after the maintenance and gardens of Loma Sibo, which provides security and privacy for our guests, but he is also conveniently located to attend to any emergencies, as well as our host, Ximena, who lives close to the house and can help you make your stance and vacation unique providing customize services and adventures.
Breakfast or catering service may be available with additional cost if you want to disconnect and you will also find the best restaurants in the area very close and also small groceries shops. We can also help you with tours and activities with our knowledge of the area.
