* Transport

The apartment is a short walk (NO MORE THEN 10MIN APROX) from Hang Tuah LRT and Monorail stations.
I am only a ten min walk into the centre of Bukit Bintang,
and a 3 min bus hop to China town , ( one stop, costing RM1. )
By monorail. Sentral train station is aprox 12 min away.

From any of the 2 airports , one is for short international flights(LCCT) and other is long hall, from long haul (KL International Airport), two ways;
1, get the link train to KL Sentral takes 28 min and cost at RM35, or get a coach takes 1 hour to get to same stop ''KL Sentral'' costs RM, 8/10,
from there take a cab** budget cab**not executive they will try to con you every time .
cab point is in the terminal station building , cost around RM 15, to get you here you pay at the counter not the driver, no need to tip.
If you come by Taxi, tell the driver it's behind Swiss Gardens hotel
2. take a 5 min walk round to the monorail station , ask directions as there are building works going on so route changes , when there , get a token for rm2.50 aprox, and take train to Hang Tuah, # you are on the end stop ''Sentral'' so only goes one way# when you get off at Hang Tuah , you will see a coach park take the road up side it on left and follow it up short hill, '' blue police buildings on right'' then you will see a pinkish building in front of you it stands out LOL, come down the hill avoiding open manholes and turn left then first right this is Jalan Hang Isap , you will see street sign. down to the bottom and you're there Casa Mutiara, or let me know the approx time you will reach Sentral train station and i will meet you there. *** AND A NEW TOUR GUIDED SERVICE CAN BE PROVIDED , {PR-BOOKING IS RECOMENDED TO SAVE DISAPOINTMENT}****

Perfect! Close to all what we want to see! Close to public transport!
Most of the time we walked to the spots, but sometimes if we felt lazy we could easy changed to the public transport.

    Room/ Apartment:
Perfect! Clean, modern, comportable, good Wifi!
We had our own Room+ Bad in a shared Apartment.
We get more as we expect from the Picture gallery.
The House has facilies like a Hotel:
Rooftop Pool, gym with overview to the Petronas Towers, TV/Leisure Room,
Imbis( cheap+ your can order you food to the appartment), a small store.

He was very friendly, helpful guy. Paf gives us many Information about good spots and how we can safe money. He has a eye for details and he know what tourists need. You will see this in many small thinks: connecting phone to Paf, Umbrellas in the appartment, Maps, free Tee/ Coffee...

Can't find negative things. Maybe the best apartment where we have stayed, definitely the apartment with the best value.

  • We had a very very pleasent stay with Paf. He is friendly and very complete in his information on the house, the city and where to eat and where not, to prevent our european stomachs to get upset.
Also very nice, we arrived late and Paf provided some water and bread for us. This was very welcome after our long trip. Would definitly stay here again!

  • My second stay at Paf's place.... a repeat guest means a happy guest! Paf is a very professional host, and everything a guest could need is provided. His rooms are spic and span, to military style perfection. Thoroughly recommended!

  • This is second review on Paf. Paf is such an easy going and thoughtful host. For instance, on last day from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, Paf ordered taxi for us from the apartment to the coach station, which most taxi drivers will not be willing due to the short distance. It was big concern to us, he cared to ask and got it done in no time. We truly appreciated his effort. His apartment is neat, clean and well organized. We will be staying at Pat's unit again next time we are in KL.

  • Perfect!! Well situated, very clean and Paf is more than just a host! He shows one around and gives the best tips for the hotest spots in town.

  • I loved staying in Paf's apartment in Kuala Lumpur. The location is great and all the sites are easily reached. The best thing about it was Paf himself. His introduction to the area and great suggestions for what to do and where to eat were a big help and made it very easy for me to feel at home in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Paf's place as well as him are awesome ! we highly enjoyed our stay , it was clean ,everything there smell freshness , Paf is a guy you should consider staying at his home !!!! everything was clearly explained and indicated , no way to feel lost ! he even leave a cellphone for guests use only in case we need his help and he's always pleased to promptly respond and i guess it's due to his hostelry background and his sweet character ! oh yes we hope the next guest could figure out how to let the rooster shut up lol !! hope to see you again Paf in KL ! and please think to visit us if you ever come to China ! cheers man

  • The location was great, just a short walk to everything you need (Including reliable public transport). The rooms were very nice, extremely clean(!) with modern furnishings. The wifi available in-room is very fast and reliable. The building and rooms are secure so we felt very safe at all times. Paf is a very friendly and outgoing guy who is never far away when you need help, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Paf also graciously took us and another couple staying with him out to one of his favourite local restaurants (Thanks again Paf!). We had a great time in KL - be sure to check out the rooftop pool too!

  • We had a special time in KL, and much of the reason is that we stayed at Paf's place.
The location is really good, within walking distance from all of the attractions in Bukit Bintang. The building is technological; the apartment comfortable. If you find the time you can enjoy yourself at the swimming pool located at the 20th floor with a fantastic view on Kuala Lumpur.
Most of all it is Paf that makes things great. He is focused on making your stay smooth and enjoyable in every detail, much beyond you would expect from your host,
He could also take us around a bit, and spend some time with us, and we really enjoyed it very much.
We are looking forward to go back and see him.
Assolutamente consigliato anche per tutti gli Italiani.

    August 2013
  • Paf's location is really nice: the apartment is confortable, well equipped, the building is super safe, well located (in ten minutes you can easily find the food court in Bukit Bintang, amazing experience!), the room is clean , bright, silent...we really enjoyed the swimming pool located at the 20th floor, where we spent some time, alone , in the afternoon, after hours of hard walking in KL.
Paf spent some time talking with us in the apartment, and we really enjoyed to meet such a lovely people, so sensitive...
So, please, if you decide to visit KL, don't ask for any other location
Ciao Paf, che bello averti conosciuto, se ripasserai in Italia e vorrai scoprire Torino, ti aspettiamo!
