Charming house with panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. The lake is only 400 m away and can be reached in about 6 minutes by foot. The house has a large pool, which is shared with the adjacent terraced houses. Private sun loungers and umbrella are provided by us.

We recently purchased this townhouse and renovated it in 2022. All the furniture is new. The beds and the sofa bed in the living room are high-quality.
If you are bringing a dog, please bring blankets to cover the sofa.

One bedroom features a double bed from which you can already see the lake. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake from the balcony. On the desk is a 27-inch monitor with an HDMI cable, which you can of course use for your laptop.
The other bedroom also features a double bed, a desk, and another balcony.
The living room features a high-quality sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed when pulled out.
A beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and several restaurants are within a 20-minute walk.
There is also a bathroom on the upper floor.
Guest access
You can drive your car into the outer garage and park it using the remote control. From there, you can access the inner garage using a second remote control. You can use this basement as a storage area for items such as bicycles, motorcycles, inflatable boats, etc. You’ll also find folding lounge chairs and a beach umbrella here, which you can take with you to the beach.
Of course, there is also an entrance from the outside where the key safe is located.
