In the heart of South Philadelphia is where you will find this Ultra Modern Luxury Studio. No details were spared in prepping this unit for your stay in Philly. From the European cabinetry, Absolute black granite countertops, refinished brick, exposed duct work and a recessed fireplace. An oversized Master Bathroom equipped with a rainfall shower system is accented with European polished porcelain. This is 1 of 5 Suites located on the 2nd Floor in this newly renovated building.
The space
Upon entering the property you will be greeted by a a Marble foyer. Strait up the steps you will walk into your luxury studio apartment on the 2nd floor. A keycode entry allows you to enter the apartment. You are greeted with a fireplace and accent lighting to really accent the architecture and style of the home. Every detail has been thought of on the design for this luxury studio apartment. A comfortable sleeper sofa allows a ton of space to relax and watch your 50” Smart LED tv. The bathroom will blow you away with its massive shower finished in brilliant Polished Porcelain & a Rainfall shower system. It doesn't get better than this for your next trip to Philadelphia.

Please note: these fees may be assessed upon inspection and report from our turnover team. They will photograph and send their report to us. We will contact you with any issues. We will not assess fines unless warranted. We will pursue all claims through the proper booking channels if an issue occurs. Our goal is to provide great service and a great experience. These fees are listed to protect us and our homes from vandalism and keeping our neighbors safe.
1. Early Checkin - $40 for up to 2 hours early check-in (4pm)
2. Late Checkout - $40 for up to 2 hours after checkout (10am)
3. No Smoking – Minimum $300 charge for smoking plus any additional charges
4. Extra Trash Fee – Guests are expected to bag their trash properly before leaving. Anything over a 50gal. contractor bag may be assessed a $20 trash removal fee for each contractor bag filled. Pricing is based on off trash removal service. Photo documentation will be provided for extra charges:
5. No Unauthorized Guests Allowed – You are not permitted to have guests that are not listed in the reservation. Special situations (ie. Local friend stopping by) need to be communicated with your host. You are responsible for each guest not cleared by the host. $40/person over the reservation amount in the home.
6. No Parties – we do not authorize parties at our home. Noise complaints from neighbors, having unauthorized guests that cause damage or “trashing” the home may result in fines up to $500
7. Noise Levels - Please be kind and neighborly to the people living around the home. Keep noise levels low at all times and please keep quiet hours of 10pm – 6am

Parking can be a challenge, as is common in major cities. However, this home offers the convenience of free street parking. While there are no designated spaces, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This arrangement allows you to enjoy all that the neighborhood has to offer without the added burden of a parking permit. Please be mindful of street signs as some streets do have different restrictions then others.
