Accessible to everywhere with quick generous wifi, 55in Plasma TV and a gym and an outdoor spa and pool, this is perfect for the everyday traveller!

DESCRIPTION

Located on Poplar street just one block from Oxford street, this is a furnished one bedroom apartment with a balcony facing a safe and quiet street while in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the inner city. Situated just in between Harmony Park and Hyde Park at the Oasis Apartments, you have access to three nearby grocery stores (IGA, Duffy, Coles) and two pharmacies (Priceline, Chemist Warehouse) and various late night eateries along Oxford street (Hungry Jacks, Subway, Sushi Train, Oportos, Mad Mex, Zambrero, Don Dons… just to name a few) as well as high-end cafes and restaurants in Stanley Street and a nice walk to the trendy fashion shops in Paddington.

The building is secure and the unit is on the eight floor with an intercom and two elevators.

Accommodates two with a possible third on the couch. The apartment has a granite gas kitchen with a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Lots of cupboards and storage space!

Access to gym, heated pool and spa is available all day and night while lights turn off at 1030pm.

Walking distance to all the clubs and nightlife on Oxford Street.

Easy access to public transport including taxis and buses to Opera House, Bondi, Coogee, Bronte and Randwick. Seven minute walk to Museum station and fifteen minute walk to either Town Hall or Central stations. Car rental companies abound nearby. There are buses to the airport and Museum station has a line straight to the Opera House and the airport as well.

Within walking and jogging distance of the Botanic Gardens, Opera House, The Art Gallery of NSW, Australian Museum, Cook and Phillip Aquatic + Fitness Centre, Sydney Harbour, Chinatown, Darling Harbour and the Central Business District (CBD) and most other tourist sites.

The apartment is rented in its entirety, not as a shared space.

Minimum stay is two nights.

Getting Around

Very convenient for public transport. Train stations are a few minutes away with the nearest being Museum, Central and Town Hall. Buses are on the next street which take you to Bondi and Coogee and to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Best to get an Opal Card from a Newsagent or Grocery. I recharge mine from the nearby IGA on Oxford street which is open until midnight! :)

House Rules

The normal check in is 2pm and checkout is 10am. This is to allow for cleaning before new guests arrive. Check-in/out times are flexible with prior agreement subject to other bookings.

Smokers: please smoke on the balcony and enjoy the view. Thank you!

The WIFI is a generous 250gig/month.

Make sure you keep the swipe and keys very safe as replacement is costly.

Garbage chute is on the same 8th floor in front of elevators.

I am a phone call or SMS or email-(website hidden)-(website hidden) away. Will be checking it regularly for any needs and questions. Will help you as much as I can.

Please email or (website hidden) message me prior to departure to notify of any spills, damage or breakages. If an appliance breaks and the technician who fixes it attributes the fault to user malfunction, the guest will be held liable for the reimbursement of repairs.

Leave the apartment as you found it is probably the best guide.
