3rd fl Waterfront Oak Bluffs Harbor Penthouse- Sleeps 2 comfortably-3 in a pinch. (356sqft) . Queen bed & a reclining futon couch. With kitchenette & amazing harbor views, you cannot get closer to harbor, unless you fell in. Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle above the new “Jetty Beach House Restaurant” formerly known as Lobsterville Bar & Grille.

Incredible waterfront Penthouse (sleeps 2) on the Oak Bluffs Harbor. This furnished 3rd floor penthouse w/ Queen bed, a reclining futon couch -
tiled kitchenette & bathroom. Beautiful views from every window, amazing harbor views, you cannot get closer to the Harbor unless you fell in. Excellent location, and would be great for a boater looking to have a place on dry land to get away to. Walk to all the ferries, no need for a car, to reserve your summer getaway. This could be your most incredible summer vacation on the Vineyard if you stayed here. Great for sneak away retreat. New state and town lodging tax of 11.7%, that tax is collected, by Airbnb.

Other things to note
Sleeps 2 people comfortably & 3 in a pinch. This is a very busy neighborhood with lots of entertainment and music (It is a bit noisy in the summer & especially during holiday times till late at night 11pm/12am) and open air restaurants. Not recommended for young children. 3 night min. for season and holidays. 2 night minimum for week nights, for October and May (except holiday 3 nights and 2 nights min for weekends). Street parking only, there 24 hour street parking on the sea wall near steamship authority.
*New 2019 lodging tax 11.7 % to be collected by airbnb.
