If this is your first time in the area we will be more than happy to help you create a personalized and unforgettable Smoky Mountain vacation according to your taste. That includes assisting you with day planning and showing you to all the idyllic, many times hidden treasures of the Smoky Mountains, and even to the world class entertainment in town. From arrival to departure you are treated like a visiting family guest. We'll even do your laundry if you need us to for a modest fee. When we say we like to pamper our guests, we really mean it!

Other things to note
During the Winter months Jan 1st-March 15th there is a one time fee of $10 to use the Hot tub throughout your stay. You must notify us and pay the fee at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Pet owners:
Pet must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival.
There is a $75 fee for first pet and $50 per additional pet. There is also a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in IF you are approved. If a guest shows up with a pet that has not been authorized by us in writing prior to arrival your pet will not be allowed to stay.
Pets are never allowed on furniture, linens, or beds.
If you have a shedding dog such as a Golden Retriever or a Husky you must fully sweep and vacuum all areas or deposit will be forfeited. If hair is found in areas were pets are not allowed deposit will be forfeited.
Pet deposit and fee is due immediately upon arrival. We should not have to ask for it.
GUESTS OVER 45: due to our proximity to the park and our natural hilly setting we ask that if you are over 45 to PLEASE contact us first to ensure we are a good fit for you. Do NOT use insta-book.
