Wildflower gardens frame this lovely setting. Our family home. Plenty of nature, animals in a peaceful country setting. Outside large bonfire pit for gatherings and country yet close to the city.

A quick uber ride gets you: 7 miles from Austin Straubel Airport, 11 miles from Green Bay Packer Stadium, Lambeau, downtown GB or DePere. A fully furnished, artisan home. Comfortably sleeps 7/8, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + large sectional sofa.

We are a fully licensed tourist rooming house.

The space
Our home is situated on land that has been in the family for over 100 years. The home is an early '80s, A-frame home design. It has a double sided fireplace indoors and a 10' fire-pit outdoors. Plenty of nature and gardens surround. The home and property has plenty of room for groups or a family.

There is one small dog and one large dog(both kept kenneled & well behaved), two horses, two goats, and a flock of chickens.

An easy uber drive to the city of Green Bay (4 miles), Lambeau Field (11 miles) for any and all sporting events, even closer to Austin Straubel Airport (4 miles) for ease of fights.

*The small dog does occasionally spend time in the house during the winter months. Please take note if you are sensitive.

Enjoy our home.
You can use the entire space as it is your own.
Full access to kitchen and jacuzzi tub, SmartTV, record player and wifi all for your careful use and enjoyment.

In warmer months; outdoor furniture, patio, gardens, 1.5+ miles of nature trails on adjacent and adjoining private property for guess access, bikes to borrow and go for a ride on the local trails, and plenty of nature to enjoy all the way around!

In cooler months; fire-pit and fire places available for use on the house and outside, 1.5+ miles of nature trails on adjacent and adjoining property for guest access.

Please note: The backyard is a shared space as the property owners are on-site in adjoining living space.

Other things to note
Critters, we have a few friendly critters around.... to name a few....

Dogs:
Our guardian outdoor dog- Layla, a Colorado Mountain Dog. She spends her time with the critters or tagging along with us on the property. She spends her days with the horses guarding them and then returns to her kennel by night.
Our companion & indoor dog- a small blonde pug is our alpha female on the property. She lives indoors during cooler months, and spends most of her afternoons lounging in the outdoor kennel during warm times of year.

Horses:
Cody, Appaloosa gelding and Max, Mini Horse gelding. You can find them majestically roaming within our large pasture throughout the growing season. They are both senior citizens, 25 years old. Max has lived here for 22 years.

Goats:
Panda & Teddy, are sister Fainting/Pygmy goats who live with our flock of chickens years round. They cohabitate and enjoy each other’s company.

Chickens:
We have a small flock of egg laying chickens, the hens are Americuna, a Barred Rock, and a Amberlink, the two brother roosters are Silkies and protect the ladies.

Please be respectful and do not feed any of the animals and please stay out of the garage/attached home, barn, or motor home as these are private structures.

If you are hoping for some animal encounters you can reach out to the hosts directly to add an additional experience with horses, goats, a guided nature hike, or a morning yoga session.

Neighborhood highlights

Country living but super close to the city. Quiet and relaxing. Very peaceful. Our extended family lives next door in the original homestead. There is sometimes action as the farm is operational as agriculture; planting, harvesting and such. Both farms across the road are also working farms (agriculture and beef) and are longtime family friends of ours.
