The space
Be prepared for an evening of porch sippin’ with friends and beautiful views at our peaceful home. Enjoy close proximity to Citizens Park, Odell Weeks, downtown Aiken, and all Aiken equestrian venues. Bring your horses too, if you so desire!

Our home is located in close proximity to Overlook at The Vista, a popular wedding & event venue. It is likely you will see guests and hear music from Overlook's events until 10PM.

Our home and barn is located in the center of an active horse training facility with trail riding, show jumping, dressage and cross-country schooling opportunities. If interested in booking our 10 stalls, please email us.

We are 10 miles from Bruce's Field, Highfields Event Center and Downtown Aiken. We are only 5 miles from Jumping Branch Farm, Sporting Days Farm & Full Gallop Farm for horse shows.

Other things to note
The facility includes 185 beautiful acres of rolling hills and level terrain. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of horse and rider abilities including beginner through international level competitors. The combined training schooling facility supports dressage, cross country, hunter/jumpers, as well as conditioning for all equine disciplines. We also have 4 RV Hook-Ups available (two 30amp & two 50amp) with water and access to full restrooms. 10 stalls are available for rent next to the house. Just email or call us!

Paul and Morgan Batton are permanent residents of Aiken. Paul and Morgan are graduates of Clemson University and own The Hitch and Tow, LLC, Aiken’s 4Star Trailer dealership and trailer service shop. Paul is an engineer by trade and enjoys business, hospitality, and flying. Morgan is an active eventer and has competed through the 3* level and manages a professional training program. The Battons have a two sons, named Lee and Luke.
