We are located in the sought after Latin Quarter/St. Germain arrondissement, one of Paris's most prime locations near shopping, restaurants, museums and monuments.
Welcome to Paris Latin Quarters, a family townhouse run by Robert Reuter in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Here you will find us, perched on the slopes of St. Genevieve where the Pantheon dominates the hilltop and the bustle of cafe life and academia of the Sorbonne has thrived for centuries.
Decorated in contemporary period complimented with modern amenities and equipped with all the appliances you will need. You'll be received in a manner to make you feel as if you are a part of the city. This two room apartment measures 520 sq. feet, or 48 sq. meters. The AirBnB listing doesn't give ample space to describe the two sleeping area's. One Queen size bed in the bedroom and one twin Empire Sleigh be in the living room. Although listed as a two bedroom, there are two rooms in addition to the kitchen, entry and bathroom.
High Speed Internet access and wireless ready. Free international phone calls to the US and US cell phones, Canada and 90 other countries including the EU. Cable television with over a dozen language channels, English language channels include CNN, CNBC, BBC, Bloomberg and more. All linens, bath towels, washing machine/dryer, oven with ceramic halogen burners, dish washer, fridge, CD/stereo, shower, hair dryer, iron & board and phone with answering machine included.
Travel deals should be abundant throughout the year, and likely late into 2016. A competitive travel market is a boon for travelers, so take advantage of the weaker Euro while you can! As Paris is the most visited city in the world the 2% downturn in travel might just make your visit a little less crowded and a little more personal.

There is an interphone/camera at the front door of the townhouse. When you arrive, ring the buzzer and I will come down to greet you and bring your luggage upstairs.

I live on-site and am able to assist you with your day-to-day activities or provide suggestions for any wishes you may have in visiting Paris.
Directly downstairs in the building is an organic grocer where you can find everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, milk and eggs, bread and scones to a large selection of teas, juices, elixirs and home remedies.
Across the street is a Mediterranean restaurant (see my online guestbook) called Le Risale. With home made soups and salads, fresh pasta or vegetarian dishes to full hardy meals. Diagonally across the street is a late night grocer for that sweet tooth snack after midnight. Our block is lined with a wholesome baker, homeopath pharmacy, French Deli and Italian Deli. Walk a block further and you will find a fish market on Tues. & Fri, butcher, cheese store, wine store and chocolate shop. Not to mention the variety of French specialty shops with the old fashioned painted glass storefronts that have become historic treasures to be preserved.
One block away in front of the Luxembourg station is the Hotel Luco which serves a full breakfast as well as Sunday brunch and meals all day long.
Conveniently located just one and one half blocks from the Luxembourg RER B Metro station, which serves as a direct link to/from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly Sud airports as well as Gare du Nord train station where the EuroStar arrives from London.

These apartments have a complete smoking ban. No Smoking allowed in the apartment or common areas, not even with the windows open!
Smoking guests are asked to step outside the building and smoke on the sidewalk or stroll the neighborhood if they care to smoke.
Breaking smoking rules will result in a forfeit of the security deposit to perform a disinfection procedure (not just Febreez) to remove nicotine and 3-ethynylpyridine (3EP) carcinogens from the surfaces and fabrics of the entire apartment. We try to provide a clean environment to protect non-smoking guests from exposure to tobacco smoke and tobacco-specific carcinogens.
