Come and enjoy this lovely townhouse, The Holly, peacefully located minutes from Wash DC. Free bus ride or minutes' walk to Potomac Yard Metro Station and to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in both directions of E Glebe Rd. Reagan National Airport is < 10 min by car or one metro stop northward, Alexandria's Old Town <10 min by car or one metro stop southward. Plentiful public walking space, nearby parks, countless tourist attractions. Enjoy front street parking or rear private parking.

This lovely 2BR 1BA townhouse comes with a fully-fenced backyard and patio. Also:

Guest access
This is a three-level townhouse, hosted by Sagitaur-Glebe Investments, LLC, separated into two rental units. The upper Unit, called The Holly, comprises the top two floors. It is named for holly trees in the front yard. The basement Unit, called The Maple, is a studio suite with a kitchenette and a full bathroom named for a maple tree in the backyard. Each Unit has an assigned parking space in the back of the house via an alley. Free street parking opposite the front of the house is available at all times, except for Wednesday mornings between 9AM-12PM.
Guests at both the Holly and the Maple will share access to the backyard. There are two separate patios.
Access to the patios :
4-person patio furniture is reserved for Holly guests
2-person patio furniture set is reserved for Maple guests

Other things to note
The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Guests' behavior contrary to what is expected will lead to the guests' removal from the property without refund.

No wearing of outside shoes inside the house
No drugs
No smoking ($500 penalty fee applies if rule violated)
No parties
No loud music
No pets allowed
Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.

There may be guests occupying the separate lower unit. Please be mindful about making too much noise that can be disruptive to these guests downstairs.

Maximum of four (4) guests are allowed to stay on reservation.

Violation of this rule will lead to our cancellation of your stay and the removal of you and your party from property without refund.

Self-check in via a keypad. If access not attained, we can provide key to Unit.

Check in time is after 3PM.
Check out time is by 10AM.

Please be aware that, for stays 28 days or longer, there will be an extra cleaning fee of $75 on top of the regular cleaning fee to cover for the deep cleaning of the entire unit.

For full transparency:
1. The king bed in the MBR is a convert from two twin XL beds with 10-inch twin XL memory foam mattresses, topped by a 4-inch king memory foam mattress).
2. Our townhouse is a street front property near Reagan National Airport. So, occasionally, sounds from passing cars and planes could be heard. But we provide a sound machine in each bedroom to mask such sounds. Guests who used the sound machine have found them helpful.

Location! Location! Location!
You won't need a car if you come to stay at our Unit! You're within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, as well as the V-Tech Innovation Campus currently under construction. We're also located within minutes' walk or a free bus ride to the new metrorail (subway) station - the Potomac Yard Metro Station- where you can board the metro to get to countless tourist attractions in Washington DC, or to places such as Amazon HQ2 in Arlington. You're also one metro stop away north of or within a 5-7 minute drive by car to Old Town Alexandria, and one metro stop south of or within a 5-7 minute drive by car to Ronald Reagan National Airport. Also, by metro, you can easily go to and from Dulles International Airport. Wherever you may be coming from, once you have arrived to the Potomac Yard Metro Station, you can walk to the Unit from there or you can take a free ride on the city bus which will take you to the Unit within a few minutes. It is a safe, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood with plentiful available street parking, lots of indoors and outdoors activities to do, local parks such as the Four Mile Run Park and Trail, and where everyone is friendly.
