  • Everything I expected and more! Kristi was a fantastic host and we enjoyed talking with her and learning more about Nashville. The house itself had everything we needed and provided nice and clean accommodations.

We LOVED all the animals around the property.

Thanks for a great stay Kristi!

  • My space was mtuch nicer than it looked in the photos. It was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Kristi was available by text for any questions, and even drove with me to a garage when my car needed work. The kitchen had just what I needed and the wifi was excellent. Having chickens and horses was a fun addition. And since we were only two miles from the Warner Parks, I was able to take my dog to the dog park and go hiking. Kristy was a thorough and thoughtful hostess. I enjoyed getting to know her and would recommend her farm to anyone. If I am in Nashville again I'd definitely want to stay here with Kristi.

  • Kristi was a great host! Apartment was spacious, clean, and welcoming. Kitchen came with eggs, beer, and bottled water, as well as everything needed to make coffee or tea. Nice country area, close to Loveless, and an easy drive to the city. Definitely recommend.

  • Kristi was soooo nice to us. She stayed in touch with us so we would not get lost, which was very helpful since we came in pretty late and had never been there before. We loved our really cute, relaxing and very clean accommodations, complete with kitchenette and access to laundry room. The refrigerator came with fresh eggs from her chickens, which we could watch from a hall window, as well as other animals. It is located in a great area and a direct route into all the attractions of Nashville

  • Thank you so much Kristi for such a wonderful place to stay while we were in Nashville for our son’s wedding! My girlfriend walked in and immediately said...”when can we come back to Nashville again so we can stay here!” Every detail had much thought put into it and made our stay so pleasurable. The chickens were scurrying about in the am and sunshine coming through the windows. The horses were a bonus when we looked out our window. We felt like we were a million miles away in a beautiful countryside and yet we were minutes away from all the restaurants and stores we needed. Again, we can't thank you enough for having everything we needed readily available to make a trip stress free and comfortable! So unique and beautiful. Can't wait to come stay for another visit~!!!! Got more than our money’s worth!

ps....the pig! I can't forget the pig....I’m still not sure if it was real (lol) because it was huge!!!!

  • Kristi is an amazing host with a wonderful little oasis not far from downtown. This was my first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have been better! Kristi's farm is fun, whimsical and tranquil all at the same time. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Everything you need is there when you arrive (Kristi even left farm fresh eggs in the fridge for us). The queen size bed was super comfy and it was great having a full kitchen as well. Kristi leaves instructions for how to use everything, but is always available should you have a question or need any additional items (more of those farm fresh eggs please!). Whether you're looking for weekend retreat, a place for a nice staycation, or your working and need a place that feels like home, give Kristi a shout! She'll respect your privacy bur take great care of you as well.

  • Kristi has a very nice, clean place with lots of wonderful animals. Kristi was a great host and even gave us six fresh eggs. The horses love carrots. If you don't have any carrots that's okay, there's a Publix less than five minutes away. Her home is located about fifteen to twenty minutes from downtown Nashville and about five minutes from the Loveless Cafe, a Nashville tradition. The wi-fi connection is very strong and Butch, my dog, loved roaming around the farm. Kristi didn't even mind when my dog would bark along with her dogs from our part of the room. I would highly recommend a stay at Kristi's place. If we ever visit Nashville again, we will definitely stay here.

  • Kristi is a great host and her place is fantastic. She was super responsive, helpful and very cool about our dogs barking whenever we left the house! Speaking of dogs, this is a great place to bring and/or be around pets. We loved roaming the fields with our pups and playing with Kristi's own dogs, horses and pig. Fantastic experience all-around.

Easy-going and love spending time at home on the farm. Single Mom facing empty nest! My daughters and I moved to the mini farm in 2004. I was recovering from breast cancer, and felt the need to surround myself with the simple pleasures in life. This is one of the last farms, located within the Nashville city limits. A one of a kind, close to everything, yet the feeling like you are out in the country. My oldest daughter is now a senior at Rhodes. My youngest joined her sister at Rhodes as a freshman.last year. Next year she will be transferring to Vanderbilt University for her sophomore year. Full scholarship! Hallelujah! But wait! What about the horses, and that pig you had to have for Christmas! So I will have one back in Nashville to help with the farm. It was my plan to sell the farm when the girls left for college. Maybe try a condo that didn't require much effort. The Nashville flood in 2010 changed my plan. We lost all of the barns, fencing and equipment. Being considered a farm, FEMA would not aid us in rebuilding. We are still in financial recovery. Things happen as they should, I could never live in a condo! The pictures you see are current and up to date.
