There is another bedroom with bath if needed. The price is the same as first room but negotiable. The second room has a beautiful antique four-poster bed from the 19th century. The house is three blocks from the Splash Café and many other restaurants are in walking distance. I am very close to Cal Poly State University.

My stay with Anne was absolutely superb. I loved everything about the accommodation and location but best of all was Anne herself. She was just the very best of hosts, along with Mr Nickles, and even though she usually doesn't have people to stay for more than a couple of nights, Anne made me feel very welcome over my six night stay. When I return to SLO I will definitely be making sure that my dates coincide with a room being available there. Just loved it.

Stayed with Anne for three nights in SLO. Very nice big house in a quiet neighborhood. Anne was really nice and a great host. Room on the second floor, very clean, private. Very nice, shady backyard deck. Highly recommend.
Anne's place was better than in her pictures and description. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, the deck with views of the hills, and an amazing private garden and back patio provided such a peaceful and gorgeous setting. I walked and biked everywhere, as her house was only a mile walk from the hub of downtown, and easy to get anywhere I needed. Anne was a wonderful host (as was Mr. Nickels the cat) and always checked in to see if I needed anything, yet provided space to do as I pleased. She was a true pleasure to stay with and I look forward to another return!
It was very nice staying with Anne in SLO! Relatively quick walk downtown (~1 mile) to bars and food. Quiet neighborhood backed by some beautiful mountains that we saw horses grazing on from our view on the deck. Good times. Thanks Anne!
Lovely neighborhood close to downtown. Nice room with a private bath and deck with a fantastic view. We enjoyed chatting with our host, Anne. The only thing that would have made it a better stay is if we could have stayed longer!
Anne is a very gracious host and made us feel totally welcome in her beautiful home. Her home is exceptionally clean with amazing character!
Anne left us muffins, coffee and tea which, were greatly appreciated after our long drive. When we visit SLO-town we are sure to stay with Anne and Mr. Nickles (cat) again.
What a cute space! Anne was a great host, had tea/coffee for us upon our arrival. The room was so comfortable and cozy - seriously felt like home! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, taking in the afternoon sun while reading and watching the horses on the nearby hills. It was convenient to the downtown area of SLO, but far enough that it was so so so quiet, which made for a perfect nights sleep! We stayed here before partaking in the SLO marathon and Anne didn't mind that we went to bed super earlier and had to get up before the sun! Thanks again for a great trip!
We loved Anne's home. Our room was very comfortable and nice.
It was very pleasant to have coffee in the terrace in the morning.
You feel like beeing in the hills.
Being at Anne's made our short stop at SLO worth it.
